      That was first caught me, not a big fancy kitchen with all the most expensive stuff in it, but just normal, middle class type of home! The more I watch her the more I love her. My heart breaks when I see the mean comments. Being overweight myself I am glad that she doesn’t let them put her down.

      @@mrssgosse totally agree. Her kitchen and utensils are probably just like most of us use. Her house looks cluttered, but its clean, and that's the most important thing. I wouldn't hesitate pulling up a chair and eat whatever Sara serves😁

    I save on the dish washing by cooking everything in one pot. After spinach, I crack a couple of eggs right into the broth so they poach in the broth and then toss in the noodles. Two less pots, and no colander to wash. And NO eggs to peel! Voila. Looks delish.

    I love how authentic you are in the kitchen. The soft eggs didn't work out to perfection....oh well, that's what we're working with. That's what most household cooks experience in real time. Looks delicious and a great way to get veggies in your meal!

    The mushrooms taste even better if you fry them in the pan first before you add it into the broth :)

      @Paul Rincon Oh come on, that's just a tip. The mushrooms have way more mushroom flavour if you fry them first. Anything has basically more flavour if you fry it first, and then turn it into a soup. :D
      It might not be my recipe, that doesn't mean that you cannot improve it. And there are at least over 50 people that agree with me :D

    Sara, Trick to the eggs. After you first "crack" the egg, roll it back and forth a few times. It breaks the film of the eggs. Then peel them. They come out beautiful. A trick my grandmother used. :)

      Sherry Wilson , I roll mine too and when I peel them run then under water with the faucet turned all the way up and let the water get in between the shell and egg whites

      Plus, fresh eggs are always harder to peel too. Also a tablespoon of vinegar in the water helps the eggs to peel easier.

      @@sharons11157 thats a myth! Just have to know How to properly cook them. Vinegar pertains to poached eggs, helps the whites coagulate.

    add baking soda to the water when u boil eggs, shell comes off everytime xo

      Carolini Crumbini I discovered another trick. There is an air pocket at the small end of the egg. Boil, and then crack there and peel. I hardly have any that tear up.

      Ann Soldano you can also buy a egg poker and poke a hole in the end with the air pocket before you boil them. Then you’ll never have an issue. They are really cheap

    Sara darling! Heat 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil. Gently add your egg (eggs) COVER, continue to boil and set your timer for 6 minutes 30 seconds. When the timer goes off, drain your eggs and run under cold water. Peel and you have the perfect soft boiled egg, every time. LOVE the recipe without the hot sauce (I'm a big baby)!

    If you steam eggs in a veggie basket they peel perfectly every time. I have fresh eggs from my chickens and when I used to boil them they NEVER peeled without taking out big chunks. Ever since I found out about steaming them in my veggie steamer basket I've had perfectly peeled eggs.
