You know what makes you the best teacher? You realise that not everyone has access to everything. You know that not everyone likes everything. And instead of shaming or admonishing people for varying your recipes, you give them tacit permission to do so. Everything that is negotiable, you say, "If you don't like it, leave it out", or "I put this much, but it's to your taste". I think that's such a powerful message to put out there: some things are negotiable, some things are written in stone, but at the end of the day, it's to /your/ taste.
I notice this in every video too! I think it's what makes me love her. Everything is "to your taste" or "if you want". An obvious, beautiful soul

morgan guist ...me too! My grandmother cooked the same way and I learned many recipes from her- pinch of this, dab of that to taste etc.

hi. I am a 50 year old grandmother of two. I have been married for almost 30 years and i have five grown children. Unfortunately i have muscular dystrophy and all the accompanied illnesses you get from not being able to move. But i still enjoy life and interesting people. Watching you cook such diverse and intetesting foods, makes me think you must be very interesting to talk to. I am glad i took the suggestion of watching your chanel.
