Love it! I keep,stock bags of chicken, beef and seafood in the freezer at all times for stock. Definitely a new idea for leftovers, I hate wasting food. When she made the homemade crispy Chinese noodles, I got a tear in my eye. Those are my favorite. Her family is so lucky to get to enjoy her cooking. Great Video! 😀
When she said that's your standard. She knew she could do better. And it looked good all around. I loved the way those egg rolls turned out. I have to try this..
The egg soup you made is also lovely with the addition of fennel leaf or dill leaf fresh. It was my job to help make spring rolls/egg rolls at the restaurants that I worked in, when you are about to fold the sides in, place the flat of your hand lightly, using enough pressure to hold in place and gently pull back with you hand that is 'around' the main part of the roll. Then you fold in the sides, put on the dab and the finish rolling. This makes your spring roll/egg roll tighter and makes the texture different. It all becomes firmer. I love your videos so simple and fresh. You can also put the rolls in the freezer if not already been frozen and cook them straight from the freezer. This is what most restaurants do, they make the filling fresh so that their rolls always are the same. The dipping sauces can have finely chopped chillies and spring onion on top.

Next time to make it easier/faster... take your wooden spoon and stir your soup fast in a circle to cause a whirlpool... then just pour the eggs all at once. The “tornado” effect makes the little egg stringys real good! 👍

Hi thanks for the version, I’m in the uk and I share a love of food with you. I get much pleasure serving up dishes to family and friends. I have my own version that I do which is similar, I have found that potato starch makes a more stable thickener than corn starch in that if you re-heat, or overheat cornstarch it becomes runny again and the potato starch doesn’t. Even tapioca starch is more stable. But it depends on weather or not there is any left to go runny! Lol 😆 I always put some sesame oil in as well, and spring onion green part only as a sprinkle. I’m 60 now and have been doing this oriental style of cooking since the late seventies, I’ve been trained very kindly by a restaurant/ market owner in Nottingham near us. Keep it up sweetheart x
