Recipe Relay Challenge - 11,000 SUBSCRIBERS

- Yay!!!! We just hit 11,000+ subscribers, and excitement is in the air. It’s time to do something out of the ordinary to celebrate. Since traveling is out of the question at this time, we had to come up with an idea that would work in quarantine. How about a recipe relay challenge? If you don’t know what that is, we didn’t either, we came across this idea on UA-cam, and thought that with some modifications, we could give it a try. You be the judge as to how we did, though let me tell you, it’s a lot more difficult than it seems, but also a whole lot of fun. Disaster was looming for most of the relay, but maybe, just maybe we pulled it off at the very end. What do you think?

I'm a huge fan of Sortedfood's Recipe Relay videos and have thought for a long time that it would be a great concept for other cooking channels to take on... I'm glad to see someone else has tried it, and y'all did a great job! This video was incredibly entertaining to watch.

OHMYGOSH LOL THIS WAS SO INCREDIBLE!!! This was beyond entertaining to watch hahahahahahah I was sooo on the edge of my seat seeing how Ani was gonna plate all of this and somehow did it to perfection in the last like 30 seconds lmao. This is sooo funny 😂 You all have really made my day! And I definitely want to see more of these relays in the future 😆 However, I do not know why I was only able to watch up to 5:21. I really want to watch the rest but UA-cam tells me something went wrong; tap to retry. I have tried closing the app and refreshing but this has never happened on one of your videos 😢

Seriously have you been on 3abn? This was hilarious! The whole family was in stitches. Just the impromptu unscripted comments throughout 😂😂😂! I mean who's idea was this? I gotta give Kaia some credit for agreeing to participate being that she isn't a chef...I mean I feel like getting some popcorn when she comes on. She doesn't try to be funny, but she is. Then watching your mom try to figure out what in the world Kaia was making😂...was it pancakes?? No...and then the rest of us waiting with bated breath knowing what we know, while time runs out. And then you come on, I mean just your position being 3rd and having to make sense of the gourmet mess, I was afraid the food was gonna burn in the oven if you didnt look in there! I was getting worried😂😂. Oh my, the drama! You all are funny in your own unique ways. But in the end it is great how everyone wins and loves each other and how you pulled chaos into a beautiful presentation! And now I will try freezing avocado more often.

Ooh I love the Sorted guys. Tho this challenge seems to have been all over the place. That's what happens when Kaija's Microwave is removed. Someone get this girl a Microwave. And In all my life I've never seen frozen avocado. That potato/tofu thing looks delicious.
As for me this week I attempted the tofu-based cheesecake and It came out both looking & tasting like a coconut pie. So i ditched the strawberry topping, grabbed some shredded coconut and agave, and Voila! Coconut Pie. Zucchini Waffles were also made this week. Came out a bit soggy. Not as much crisp as I would have liked. I also tried this recipe involving beans, curry, and onion. Came out well. I was pleasantly surprised. And that's pretty much it. I'll try a chickpea waffle next. Then a canned peach cobbler.
