Recording your mac screen with internal sound (easy and free)

How to record Your Mac screen free and easy.
This video is recorded only with the built in screen recorder in Mac OS and the blackhole plugin. Except from the part showing the setup of the screen recorder. Here i used a canon m100. it's impossible to record using the screen recorder with the screen recorder ;)
