      With a little practice you can become quite proficient.       Wear time will try depending on your aim and what you are addressing but each application will generally last 4-5 days depending on what activities you are doing. This will resist the navicular bone from dropping and assist to raise the arch.

      @@koorahd2732 again depends on what you are trying to do but generally we are trying to manage the load to allow the structures to settle down and then introduce more and more load in a way that they can handle it in order to build up their capacity to withstand load without reacting or breaking down. This process can take a couple of months but may not need to be taped the entire time. Some people only need to be taped once or twice to settle things down and then they can gradually reintroduce exercises to build up their tolerance. Others might need it longer or might be trying to change their technique which may take a little longer.
