- This session is on Plantar Fascia Taping. I've done this before, but with rigid tape. The update is using K-Tape for more mild Plantar Fasciitis, or if you are coming out of the acute phase of severe Plantar Fasciitis (or even a tear) - and you are returning to movement and strengthening and still need great support.

I have plantar fasciitis and my physiotherapist taped me up with rigid tape a couple of times, which helped a lot. But I can't go to fysio every few days so I asked if I could do it at home. I've been doing it for a while using a video she showed me but rigid tape is starting to be too restrictive. So this was super helpful, especially with explanations on the anchors and tension! I'll see if this helps for the next few days 😊
Nothing like laying tape down with no wrinkles 😎
Good evidence for K tape?
Clearly not had it, then it's not a foot problem it's a calf problem manifesting in the foot
What the heck is that taping method actually accomplishing? It doesn’t seem like you’ve done anything but put blue k tape on a relaxed foot. So why bother?kt tape recommends a flex like she started with until you relaxed her foot.
Clearly you haven’t had it done on yourself with plantar fasciitis and see the result.
