How much fun! Uhhh…hate to tell you this BUT purchased a basic sublimation printer, the ink, paper and its all in the box…STILL. Lol. Its so passive aggressive and I know I have to take the step to at least unbox. If I wasn’t a therapist, I would need one. Lolololol. You look great, by the way. Love your eyebrows!!!
Watching the end on replay. Did you get your EasyPress clean? While it’s hot iron a dryer sheet. It will clean it amazingly plus smells amazing!😉…also set a dryer sheet in the base then place easy press on it. Will remove residue in it as well!👍🏼
thank you for the tutorial. curious why you don't use the teflon sheets. and what kind of tape are you using? it looks clear, i thought we had to use the yellowish tape that usually comes with the paper. thx
You don't use teflon with sublimation because if the ink bleeds onto it and you use it again, you can transfer the ink to more projects! I'm using heat resistant tape. It comes in several colors.
Watching you live later you have a tape dispenser I brought from Amazon it’s all in Chinese I have no idea how it works I had spare bits in box that I have no clue where go and I’m sure my blade on the side is broken would you be able to show us how it works in a future video please loving the tutorial .
I honestly had to get my husband to put it together because I was completely confused! If I get the hang of it in the future I will definitely show you!
hello, great video ! I tried doing a few double sited keychains just like the ones on this video and when I was going to flip to do the other side it was bumpy. Is this too much pressure on? also the image quality look darker. Thanks so much
If you compare the cost of replacing the ink cartridges for a printer, Sublimation ink is really not that expensive and you get so many prints out of those bottles for your money
You can see the process of sublimating a keychain in this video. Here’s how you create a design for sublimation in Canva: ua-cam.com/video/6_1PRzieKX4/v-deo.html
Hello i have a question and hoping you can help me out.. so i have a Epson eco tank printer 2803 and for some reason my prints when i sublimate look yellow what am I doing wrong? Can u please help me out?
Omg I am so glad I came across your video. I got these same keychains ans can't for the life of me get the right size for the dog bone and house. Would you pretty please share your sizes with me. TY
Great tip using the tweezers to open the ring for the tassel!
Thanks a bunch!!!
Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁 2023
Glad you mentioned removing the plastic that comes on the blanks 😅 I was questioning it.
Watching the replay and you look amazing! Keep doing whatever you’re doing❤️
Thanks MaryAnn! I appreciate it
Thank you for sharing Alex!

You and Michael would be epic!!
I think so too! We'll see what we can do!

You can do it Sarah! I seriously had mine for probably 4 months before I touched it, so you're definitely not alone! Thank you so much! :)

Yes I can

It sounds like you have too much of something- heat, pressure, or time. Try some different settings and see if that helps.

Yes so true! I love sublimation!
Can you show how to use sublimination on keychain blanks from creating it on canva

Make sure that your printer doesn’t have a clog in another color. Then you can adjust your colors some in your printer settings under advanced!
yes
🥰

I believe for these I used the smallest photo size that my printer offered. It was like 2”x3”! I had it in my printer settings.
@@DIYAlex Oh. You didn't size it I'm Cricut?
What size did you use for the images?
Oh goodness, I honestly don’t remember! I’m sorry!
Yes please
The ink is sublimation but what kind of paper did you use? New to Sublination😀
Nevermind, I just heard sublimation paper thx
Can I use a mini cricut press for the keychains?
It may not get hot enough - you do need a fairly high heat (350-400) for the ink to fully sublimate.
Technically you can, but it will be more tricky since you don’t have exact heat settings!
Can you use infusible ink transfer sheets on these blanks?
You sure can!
Yes, because they are essentially the same idea. Infusible ink is just Cricut's proprietary name.
Great video, just trying to find out what was your sizing range for the rectangular key chain.
I have some blanks.
I cut mine about 2 inches x 3 inches
To day you very much beautiful
Thank you!
How do I watch live
You would have to catch me while I’m live in order to watch the videos live. But they are recorded otherwise!
Hi
Hi!!
