Wow! I'm very happy to watch this video. It's so vibrant in colour and it's a well put together dish. You aren't afraid to seasoned your meat. Its simply beautiful. It's looking real delicious and ofcourse you are an excellent tutor. Simple & straightforward.👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾💯💯👍👍👍👍
Oh my goodness, I always seasoned my beef first but the browning never ended up perfect. Your way of doing it made the stew beef a perfect rich colour, sealed the meat so well, adding everything later made no do to the flavour, in fact, the flavour was even richer and the texture of the meat was great! Never doing it the old way again, thank you!!!
Dearest ria, you did it again, I have ever had stew beef with carrots and celery, or even potatoes, well I going to try your recipe on the weekend. Keep safe god bless you and your family. You're the best, your voice is so calming to listen to. Love you.
Beautiful quality ingredients! Beautiful instructions! I love everything about this video . I am Learning to cook like you ..caramel , cooking oil way...I love the way you easily cut the beautiful circular squash... . And you know how to serve. Thank you Ria🌼🌻🌼🌸🏵
I dont know how to cook but since I have been living on my own I have too now. Tried this recipe and followed it to a T. Came out great! I feel confident I can create anything now.
Ooohhhhh sis Ria, beautifully done plantains. I always fry mine round and dark. I've never done beef that way but I've done chicken curry like that. Nice healthy meal combo, thanks again and keep safe. Sending you some British love. ❤🙏🏽❤
How much temperature and time was needed to bake the acorn squash ? Can I follow this recipe using chicken as I don’t have beef. Will I get the same result if I use chicken? Your puppy is too cute Ria.
I have the hardest time browning my meat. I cheat and use pre-made browning sauce only because I have failed countless times of making my own browning. What else can I do ? Help !! Minus the color it’s absolutely delicious
Hi Ria I hope you and your family are in good health I don’t cook beef because nobody eat it because we are hindu I want to wish you and your family a safe week and stay safe bye.
Ain't this some baloney! I wish I had watched the video before. I brought some beef intending to follow this recipe as I cook. So I well season my meat the night before and very well prepared to follow your recipe to achieve that nice brown color, only to find out that you *did not season the meat beforehand* 😓😓😓😓😓 What??!! That shows me to always watch a video beforehand, now my stewed beef is going to come out with the same "meh" color like always. Thanks for the heads up Ria😑😑😄
Oooh miss Ria thanks once again for sharing. God bless you and family.
Ria, This looks amazing 👏 everything you cook looks delicious 😋 Thank you so much for your time and effort 👌

Hi Bumbi. 350F until golden brown about 30-40 mins. Yes you can use chicken but also check out my stewed chicken video. Thanks!
Thanks Ria
OMG what a delicious meal and again this looks like a great work of art. I am having cereal which looks wimpy in comparison. 😀😀
HI RIA I DON'T EAT BEEF BUT IT LOOKED GOOD KEEP IT GOING BE SAFE 👍👍👍👍
Whats the green stalk that you added with celery and carrots?
I like mine dark too👍🏼
Awesome Vid, As Always. 😋😇
Thank you so much 😀
I have the hardest time browning my meat. I cheat and use pre-made browning sauce only because I have failed countless times of making my own browning.
What else can I do ?
Help !!
Minus the color it’s absolutely delicious
So u wash it with lime and stuff before right?
Yes of course
This is hearty stew
Hi Ria, can i cook the beef in an instant pot and what would timing be. thanks
Hi. Use the selection for meat.
At 1500 Watts, the Instant Pot is not hot enough to caramelize the brown sugar. Instant pot only good for curries.
I thought I was the only one that colored my meat in the sugar before adding seasonings 😊.
Omg I would have thrown in the meat about 3secs after it turned caramel... seeing it get that dark made me nervous lol
Vanessa you and I are avid Caramel throwers, after my beef/chicken has bonjay I add my ketchup in.
Reignz haha yes me too
Looks good but I must always seasoning everything first 😩
Looks good but I will omit the potatoes esp if I am serving this with rice....Too much starch for me
