- Enshrouded is a new survival crafting RPG set in a ruined world where you must claw your way back to humanity from a deadly shroud consuming everyone. This is my first foray into a survival crafting game and this is what my experience was!

Enshrouded is great! Glad you're enjoying it. It was a real surprise for me, bought it on a whim based on some trailers and really glad I did. Real breath of the wild/survival/building mix that I didn't know I wanted.
It's surprisingly good right? It offers something more than just a normal crafting game but an open ended adventure. It's pretty great!
The building aspect is important when exploring. With more "comfort" items inside your altar, gives you more comfort levels. Higher comfort level means longer "Rested" buff. Longer stamina, health regen, and other buffs while rested. 😁

I really liked my first contact with Enshrouded, I felt a little constricetd by the currents limits of the gameplay, but I think this early access is promising and hopefully I'll get to upgrade my pc to make the game run smoother. (Or they will optimise it better)
It had alot for its own simple enjoyment. Go fight things and build how you want relaxing kinda lol
@@CaffeinatedDad I liked the quest system and the various dungeon and other points of interest to keep you engaged without constricting you on a rail, you can go off the beaten path but you,re never let without anything to do

Surprisingly relaxing if I do say so myself!
Enshrouded is an amazing game.
But it was a poor choice as "preparation" fro Dune Awakening.
Since that one is a Funcom title and Funcom has a long history of making games with a lot of potential but also a lot of problems, Conan Exiles would have been a better choice.
To be fair, unlike Age of Conan and Secret World they managed to save Conan Exiles for the most part.
I am very curious how Dune will turn out to be, but I'm cautious not to get my hopes up after the big Funcom disappointments of the past 15 years.
i'm thinking of buying the game along with my 60yr old man. But, some reviews saying it's too easy, too short or whatever. we just want a game we can play for long. And i know it's not yet finished? but it does look good
I'm single player and still waiting my friend to join me, this game is beautiful and very suitable for a casual player, not that too easy with some difficulty in some level combined with environment, the shroud time stress, surrounded by enemies , some rare op enemy, bosses, become panic sometime.... it is all fun and a game to grab by a casual player

I've played both. IMO Enshrouded is good. Valhiem is great.
I'd like to try valheim and see the comparison!
Enshrouded if you’re into base building. Valheim if you want adventure, exploration, character progression.
