I avoided so many titles for years because I went through ups and downs in my mood to even play on PC because I was too hooked on the familiarity of console, and just didn't know enough people on PC. Plus I had a bunch of audio issues from my motherboard of my old rig it just discouraged me from ever talking to anybody on it.
Just add to the wishlist. If the Autumn sale price drops aren't as good as Summer's, the Winter sale's usually are at least as good and often better. Good things come to those who can wait.
It's a much better experience now for sure, but I've encountered some bugs, some forcing me to reload a save/restart the game. Not completely bug free but I'd say it's way more playable than back then

Top of the list should be American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator for 3$ it’s the best you ever gonna get out of a game, if you like driving, trucks, road trips and relax kickback and while doing something else this is the game!!! Also it’s very popular with older gamer because how laid back and in depth the game is. 😊

I have so many games in my backlog that i haven't played and I just keep adding to them. It doesn't help that I have close to a 1000 hours on bg3 and over 7000 hrs on dota 2
I REALLY wanted to love Guardians of the Galaxy. Its' graphically super impressive, the writing and story are great, but good god, do I hate the gameplay. I get they didn't want to make like, a straight up 3rd person shooter, but Star Lord's blasters do so little damage you might as well just be yelling rude things at the enemies. 3 separate times I've tried to get into it, and gotten about 2 hours in before I get incredibly bored of the combat. But hey, give it another 5 or 6 attempts at 2 hours each and maybe I'll actually beat it!

Atomic Heart did not catch flack for "simply being Russian". It got flack for the company having shady ties to the Russian state, directly funding the war in Ukraine. Beyond that, it had terrible voice-acting that ruined an otherwise beautiful world.

satisfactory, 15 bucks. Explore and build factories on a very large, hand crafted world. Still in early access until september, when it gets a massive update. The game is more polished in its current version than most games in their release form tbh. At that price it is a steal. Btw the last "minor" update devs did was ... switching from ue4 to ue5. Yup, thats a minor update. And you can go multiplayer too.
Do yourself a favor and pick up sleeping dogs for $3, I haven’t played it on pc yet but it’s one of my favorite games of all time. The story is just so incredible and the fighting mechanics are just cool. I bought this game originally thinking it was watch dogs and ended up liking it more.
With 1200+ h in DRG I can honestly say you will have the funnest grind for countless weapon mods and awesome cosmetics all for a one time purchase price. Even better with a group of friends because you can play very serious or just goof around and both are acceptable ways to play. Rock n'Stone to all that dive in!
The "ton of flak" Atomic Heart received was not just because the devs were Russian. The devs also did the old 'Bait and Switch'. Originally marketed to have cutting edge ray tracing features.. Removed from the final game...
I beat 2077 once, but when I came back to it, I struggled to make it more than a couple hours in. It's just not that compelling. It's supposed to be a tragedy, but 2077 feels like falling from 2 inches. There needs to be an up for the down to matter, and in 2077 the whole 'up' happens in a 5-minute montage at the beginning of the game that you watch, not play.

There was a whole internet campaign against it being Russian right when it was launching. Some people had issues, we had absolutely none when we played.
It wasn't that "the devs were Russian", per se, but it was the fact that there were what appeared to be a multitude of "hidden in plain sight" anti-Ukrainian "easter eggs", in the game. Think dog whistle type stuff, where it's subtle unless you know to look for it. These controversial elements were purportedly put into the game by certain team members without the knowledge/realization of other team members, leading to internal conflict after the game released, and questions as to which team members it was or wasn't, and how many on the team knew about it before release. Some of the team members who hadn't known that stuff was in there were very upset about it when they found out because they didn't share those opinions and also worried that having worked on the game that people would assume they were also anti-Ukrainian/pro-Russian fascism.

One thing I can't stand about most of these games is the extremely bright attack sprite's, I've no idea why developers think it's a good idea to add them, I want to actually see what's happening on the screen.
This is probably my first time watching something on this channel. Something I do admire aside from your personal reviews and descriptions of the games displayed within. I really enjoy the fact that you categoried them in different splits throughout the video. So if there is a category that doesn't fit your interest, you could skip the category onto the next one.
I am definitely on those people who once bought the game but never played it, but for me it was like this, for ages i couldn't buy games as they were too expensive for me coz basically i had no income so all i did was pirated those game but if i like any of the game i pirated i made a promise to myself to buy those games once i was able to earn. Keep in mind most of my pirating era was from when i was a kid and thus didn't have any resources to buy those said games.

So yes I’ve got a lot of games I haven’t played but it’s more a case of I haven’t played them yet! And sadly over the last like 10 to 20 years the number of good games has been getting fewer and fewer with each year I see it as stocking up for a drought. I can’t remember the last game I was hyped for to the point of getting it day one ....actually I can it was FF7R before that it was cyberpunk (and I still stand by that choice) and before that it was Dishonered 2 that’s some slim pickings considering the span of years between them.
In the RPG Category i would definetly recommend: GreedFall. It`s one of the best RPGs i`ve played in recent Years, with a good Story, believable Characters and a nice combat System. The Game itself is somewhat reminiscent of Dragon Age 3, if you liked this, than GreedFall is definetly a must-play. Currently available at 80% off for 6,99€ or 9,99€ for the Gold Edition which includes the (sadly farily short) Story-DLC: The De Vespe Conspiracy

One of my favorite indie games is Rikki & Vikki, a two player coop puzzle game released for the Atari 7800 a few years ago, along side an emulator-based Steam release. It's currently 80% off on Steam. The two best survival games out there (Palworld and Conan Exiles) are both on sale. Quite a few fighting games are on sale, including Street Fighter 6. Both the base game and the season 1 pass have decent discounts in the summer sale.
Great list here. I can’t recommend Remnant II and Cyberpunk enough. The first surprised me in a jam packed 2023 where so many great games launched. The other fully redeemed itself when I returned this year.

i 100% cyberpunk recently. its good but dont believe the oversell people say its completely fixed. it still have tons of bugs but the gameplay is fun and its worth on sale just for the music. just saying dont expect witcher 3 quality in rpg elements. even the dlc has very dope soundtracks.

Deep Rock Galactic is worth even for SOLO! I have 50 hours on it after 2,5 weeks, with over 47 of them being playing solo

I am definitely on those people who once bought the game but never played it, but for me it was like this, for ages i couldn't buy games as they were too expensive for me coz basically i had no income so all i did was pirated those game but if i like any of the game i pirated i made a promise to myself to buy those games once i was able to earn.
Keep in mind most of my pirating era was from when i was a kid and thus didn't have any resources to buy those said games.
Without an offline only mode temtem is dead to me. The playerbase is dead, a server shutdown is all but confirmed and you will lose all your content.

No more with ubisoft and i boycott ubisoft.maybe some people ask why? because I have several games like AC, r6s, division but they all disappeared because of the third party upplay feature even though I bought them via Steam. And you ask again what happened to my upplay account? My Uplay account was hacked and the email was changed to a Russian domain.
I mean if support can't help with that, idk. Pirating is an option.

So yes I’ve got a lot of games I haven’t played but it’s more a case of I haven’t played them yet! And sadly over the last like 10 to 20 years the number of good games has been getting fewer and fewer with each year I see it as stocking up for a drought.
I can’t remember the last game I was hyped for to the point of getting it day one ....actually I can it was FF7R before that it was cyberpunk (and I still stand by that choice) and before that it was Dishonered 2 that’s some slim pickings considering the span of years between them.
also horizon forbbeden west is a must play game one of the best rpg games i have ever played im proud to say.

In the RPG Category i would definetly recommend: GreedFall. It`s one of the best RPGs i`ve played in recent Years, with a good Story, believable Characters and a nice combat System. The Game itself is somewhat reminiscent of Dragon Age 3, if you liked this, than GreedFall is definetly a must-play. Currently available at 80% off for 6,99€ or 9,99€ for the Gold Edition which includes the (sadly farily short) Story-DLC: The De Vespe Conspiracy

One of my favorite indie games is Rikki & Vikki, a two player coop puzzle game released for the Atari 7800 a few years ago, along side an emulator-based Steam release. It's currently 80% off on Steam.
The two best survival games out there (Palworld and Conan Exiles) are both on sale.
Quite a few fighting games are on sale, including Street Fighter 6. Both the base game and the season 1 pass have decent discounts in the summer sale.
Great list here. I can’t recommend Remnant II and Cyberpunk enough. The first surprised me in a jam packed 2023 where so many great games launched. The other fully redeemed itself when I returned this year.

@@lewanjosephnimick9359 sorry I miss typed, it's a Ryzen 9 7950x3d that I have. The Dawn of war/windows 11 multi core problem is a known issue. There is a workaround patch but it only works on dow2/cr, retribution is still unplayable.
i 100% cyberpunk recently. its good but dont believe the oversell people say its completely fixed. it still have tons of bugs but the gameplay is fun and its worth on sale just for the music. just saying dont expect witcher 3 quality in rpg elements. even the dlc has very dope soundtracks.
And is witcher 3 quality good or bad?
100% takes a long time. Did you do that on a story save that was made before much of the updates & fixes (not including paid dlc)
