I tend to have things like potatoes for breakfast
so the calories get time to be processed and
work towards having a lighter soup or salad in the evening.
It seems to work for me though both my partner and others
to whom I mention it - find it weird.
Eating heavier meals like potatoes in the morning, and lighter meals like soup/salad in the evening is a really smart idea! That totally makes sense and allows the body to focus its efforts on the detoxification process at night instead of splitting its energy toward digestion from eating heavy meals in the evening.
