I’m gonna transport one that weighs 654 lbs 2000 miles in the bed of my truck. I’m using 4 tie downs. Any suggestions on where to attach them to the mixer?
You probably did the job already, but by experience you can just strap it twice (one on top, one at the bottom). The only important part is to put it sideway from your box wall. Make sure all the weight is the closest to your wall (the motor is on top so it's all in the front of the mixer). If you just strap it from the back facing the wall, it'll keep trying to wiggle from right to left as soon as you brake or accelerate. The hardest part of moving these is trying to distribute the weight equal. 3 doors commercial freezers are about the same weight to an extra 200lbs and yet they are easier to move imo
Those things should come with wheels. It was hurting my back just watching 😂
What a great job they have done!
They were awesome!
What is that wooden ground raiser with wheels called used in the beginning of the video?
