I, along with a friend, had the privilege of meeting Mick and Brooks as guests of Mick in 1980 or 81 when it was under construction. And we didn't sign a non-disclosure agreement either. The details fascinated me. The walkway was paved with South African rock slabs, it took a container of Canadian Western Red Cedar to line the building eaves. The doors were powered sliding doors into the foyer. The sound system was built in under a coffee table and featured Nakamichi components. To the right of the foyer was a commercial kitchen. There were many more I could comment on, but I'll leave you with one thing I don't think made it onto the video. Under the house, in a cellar type rumpus room was an N Gauge layout Mick had built for him to see if he liked model trains. He obviously did. 😊
