i used to work for ATT in the small business dept. our calls werent recorded, so i would use lines from this all the time. customer asked for a supervisor? youre in luck, i am a supervisor. that president line too
I worked at Kinkos (when it was actually Kinkos before FedEx bought them) and while this is definitely not an accurate portrayal, it is not so inaccurate either. 😅
I worked for FedEx Kinko's when this episode aired. One of my coworkers brought it in on video and I watched it during my lunch break every day. Some of my coworkers thought it was disrespectful to watch something that made fun of where we worked. I would always tell them to relax and not take themselves so seriously. One of the assistant managers actually cried because the episode hurt his feelings. I literally laughed in his face.
Kids, a computer disk was a piece of plastic that stored just enough of a computer program to make you need at least 3 disks. If you lose 1 disk, you’re out of luck: go buy a new copy.
Sad to learn that none of those jobs exist anymore. None. ! We dont even need leave the house as much today. These people are either trying to work at walmart , target , bestbuy and supermarketa as human drones now for half the pay in 2024.
“Why ??? Cause fuxk em that’s why” 😂😂😂

certified hood classic
I've used that answer for so many of society's hardest questions.
I still say that to this day.
I used to work at FedEx Office/Kinkos and this cracks me up every single time! Dave is a bonafide genius
Crazy how all his skits are still funny today

I did, too! That job was so lame!
"the appearance of errant feces" is a line I still use every now and then. Chappelle show was legendary

Ugh. Not only would I not go there, I'd tell everyone how horrible the service is. They'd be out of business real soon.
"I go to Rikers for 3 years; just to prove my point." 😂😅
And the Youing Lady is standing there scared!!🤣🤣🤣
When Michael Rappaport was still getting work and not fighting random people on the streets.

Never heard about that, all I see is a harassment charge from 1997
They actually broke this skit into chapters lol
*”WHOOP HIS A$S”,* *”WHOOP HIS A$S”,* *”WHOOP HIS A$S”!* 🤣🤣🤣
This is a perfect video to show employees how to deal with Karens at the workplace.

Customer service is a lost art. Thanks to Dave for resurrecting it.
Why you gotta make me feel inferior on the grill B lol
Agent Don Self from Prison Break
Iconic skit
Meanwhile in 2024, Chipotle uses this same video.
In 2012, I was working a job I hated. On the real, I wish I could have given the response Manuel gave @ 0:38 whenever I was late.
Genius 😂
They must play this for new hires at photo copy stores bc it’s on point
I got hired there.😊
Popcopy 😂😂
Am I crazy for really liking the girl @ 1:22?
Yes.
I thought I was alone! That's exactly my kinda woman; crass and ratchet. A prim and proper girl wouldn't say that out loud.
Bruh🤣🤣🤣
Where do I submit my resume lol 😂
Forget that trigger warning IN PARTICULAR
“And if they have both, tell ‘em we use Linux. And if they got that, why do they need our help?”

Bro said he'd go to Rikers for 3 or 4 years, just to prove a point 😂
Todays customer service personified
Popcopy must be intertwined in business with Popeyes since they have the same business model.
Too much funny on tv

This training video is used by two major vendors as of 2024.
Gustavo Fring of Pollos Hermanos would not approve of this video. In fact, I'm pretty sure he would find it "unacceptable".
I'd like to witness professionalism at work. But I wouldn't give any business.

That's textbook high school comedy, nothing special.
