Wow this came up on my feed today and I relate so much to some of these struggles that you mentioned. Mindless screen time and perfectionism have been the most draining aspects. Thanks for these tips, I'm going to try and set small goals to adjust this.
I've recently stumbled upon coherence therapy and it's truly a godsend. It helps discover the roots of our emotional learnings and help update them to be fitting to what we need today. It works quickly and can be done without a therapist to some extent. You can start with the videoseries of Dr. Tori Olds. I am so hyped about it because I've found it so recently and it already helped me a lot. Unfortunately, I'm from Germany and there's no coherence therapy done here nearby. I hope this helps.
