Hi Mark! Hey, your aquarium scene at the end of your video is AWESOME! So peaceful! Some of my best times were spent snorkeling with my brother at the Point of Rocks of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key! It was a blast under water there and we would get very sunburned backsides, lurking among the rocks, watching the fish. Thank you Mark. This video is SOOO helpful. I love using eBay standard envelope because of the low cost BUT 7 out of my last 10 items do NOT show delivered.
I had a customer contact me yesterday stating they had not received their card and there was no tracking information provided by eBay Standard Envelope. Long story short, I watched this video because I knew you had a video on it, and I told the customer to open a claim and I would refund them. The customer elected to wait a little longer to see if their card would arrive instead of opening a claim for a refund.
Most customers will wait a few days I have found. Then I edge them on a couple more days and finally it normally shows up. I do not get many of these issues even if tracking is not showing etc. I think Postcard buyers are getting more educated on ESE now (Well most are! LOL!) Thanks for the follow up.
They do not have it on file, you put it in the form you fill out. That's one thing I do not know what they would do if you do not have a PayPal account, as I had one already and did not get a chance to experience it. You can probably email them and ask, your probably not the only one.

Thanks for another timely video, Mark. I'm always surprised when people on UA-cam say it's too much of a hassle to file an ESE claim. I've filed twice, and both claims were settled quickly.
I am not currently selling cards, but had to use this twice out of hundreds of transactions. Both times it was after the final "delivery" scan. Also had to block a buyer out of one of those just because I am not into rude people and problems for just a hobby or side gig. I tried explaining the process and was told that this has happened at least 5 times to this buyer now "after the delivery scan" and a week of waiting, as they put it. That was just way too much local delivery risk for me to want to deal with that particular buyer again.

Love the channel. I have somebody who wants me to look at some postcards they have a bunch. What’s a good price per card to buy them at in bulk. I don’t want to low ball or insult them. Thanks
My starting lot price for average cards is 100.00 for 1,000 Postcards. Knowing that approx. 30% will probably not be worth listing. If they are higher level cards than I will go up some. No, When a Buyer open a "INR" they are saying they did not receive the item and if you refund them they will get their money back. Then in 30 - 90 days you can submit a claim to the ESE Insurance for the money you refunded them for.

I do not have a Pay Pal Account on file with eBay. How would my refunds be handled?
