Word of advice and take this from a veteran like myself: besides the golden rule, seek self improvement and remember that your time will come for all things in your marine corps career. Learn and continue learning. It's a continuous cycle and then as you go in the ranks, you engrain those learning experiences on forward to your Marines. Semper fidelis.
@@SR71mydream I hope it went well for him. The Marine Corps seems to humble men before building them back up in their image. I hope our friends lesson was not too a harsh one. We need aggressive men for certain positions... but aggression and humility should coincide.

Tyler Jackson only in the case of USMC, the other regiments only have swords for officers or Honour Guards.
