Thanks for this, so this is for changing the IP address in DuckDNS so if your ISP changes your external IP, its till finds its way to you when you go to the duckdns domain etc. But how do you sign with a certificate the DuckDNS domain on your pi and have it recertify before it expires? I have seen things with Certbot and Lets Encrypt etc, but I just cant get things working as I need for what I am doing. Do you have a video on that?
hi, does this mean once i have the domain setup i can access the apache webserver i configured on my pi? if yes then how should i mention the port if i run apache on say port 8080
*Say that I have a domain from GoDaddy, after running the cron steps as outlined in this video, do I still need to go back to my GoDaddy DNS records to point my domains to DuckDNS nameservers or add any record there?*
I have to sudo most of the commands because I don't have access and then it fails when I do ./duck.sh I get Failed to create the file after it counts down 5 seconds. UGH!
