I tend to take Mojangs side more often than not, but I also tend to agree that Mojang is still in need of that criticism. I just tend to get frustrated because of the whole "Mojang is lazy" sentiment going around the community now. That being said; I think this is one of the better youtube criticisms I've seen.
6:02 "they're two different games." i do agree 😅, as someone who has Windows and access to both! when i want to make something in Minecraft (for example: Permanent Frost map), I need to decide what version/edition can do what. Kurt, you are very talented😮! I hope your channel grows❤
This was really good, but I have one thing to say though - once the updates stop, the true age of modding will begin. I get that most modpacks are unnecessary, but there are the occasional packs that make it feel like you're constantly 10 updates ahead of Minecraft, such as RLCraft, CreateTogether, Craftoria, and many more.
yes, I do realize that we're coming up on the 10th update after RLCraft's latest release, but my point still stands. That modpack is well ahead of minecraft today, even if it is restrained to 1.12.
Thanks! I do wonder if Mojang even WANTS to keep updating Minecraft. With how lackluster these updates have been, and how LONG they take, I wonder if the true future of Minecraft will be its booming modding legacy once Mojang calls it quits.
Who... or WHAT???!?!!1111... The answer will be revealed... maybe... i dunno man i gave up years ago

PC and mobile players of Bedrock have always been able to import thier own custom skins and resource packs without paying for anything
