I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

Mine are the auto power on 5.0 and when I open the case they don’t flash blue and red and it says they are not on on Bluetooth how would I turn them on

For people who have bought these and have issues with one earbud not turning on. These have touch sensitivity to them, meaning that you can touch the bud and change the song and other things. Now with that being said the earbud not turning on maybe because you turned them off accidentally by touching the earbud while removing it from the case. You simply will just have to turn them back on by touching the area between the like speaker whole on the side and the LED whole,(as I’ll call it).
Hey mine's have a light inside the box that flashes red and the buds don't hold charge and also when I click the button on the box the blue light comes on inside the box but shuts off after a minute or so what can I do to fix this ive tried everything you show on your videos and yes it's a blue lable but different looking than the ones you show on this video like I stated above the light is inside the box

My charge drains very fast . Like when it's 100% I'll start using it and then after 10 minutes it becomes 90% . It doesn't decrease accordingly , it straight goes to 80% from 90% . There's no in between. What should I do ?

Try turning them on outside of the case. In other words. Take them out and put your finger in between the wholes on the side. (The LED area and the air vent thingie) This has worked for me.

Sir, any idea mine on mine, mine has the right piece goin to "power off" because of low battery but when i charge, gets full for about a minute (yes it flashes blue or green" then when using says low battery again for like 30secs of using then when i put it back again to charge, again thats what happens vice versa.. What’s up, hoping you can help here. I’ve got the 5.0 auto pairing model of the i12’s, and there seems to be an issue with the left earbud charging. When I put them in the case the right one will have the red LED visible in the case, but the left one will only light up if I put pressure on it to hold it down or if it’s left lying a certain way while charging. I have the same earpods and the factory reset didn't work for me, I tried both methods and it did not work, I need to factory reset the buds because the left earbud works as the right one and the right one as the left one. Help pls :(
Reversed audio was very common on the i9 and i10 but the 12 shouldn't have it? Very strange. I would leave them out of the case overnight to discharge them then recharge and see if that helps

I have some problen with the left earpod, it has a weird volune adjustment, for example if i lay on my right side, the volume will be decreased or often times just off as if muted, but if i lay on my left side, it returns to normal. I have a question, mine have some pairing issues, the buds not always pair up with each other but they work after I try. However, I tried to reset as you showed but when the buds are in the charging box and I press the button the charging red led goes on on both but they never say POWER ON in the box, so I couldn't get to do the reset thing. Hello this video might've been uploaded a while ago but i still wanna ask how to fix this problem i've had. When I long press my right earpud for it to head forward to my music it wouldn't do taht but instead it switched to my recent music I've listened to and with my left earbud it would do the opposite of what it should do and would go forward instead of the going back. Its like they switched is there anyway I can fix this? (Hopefully this made sense)

Try this: connect both earbuds with the phone, turn off the Bluetooth, touch the right earbud 2 times and then connect em with the phone again. It worked with mines

I’m not sure if this is an issue but my I12 blue label editions case always has the same battery percent on my iPhone and also the charging case turns off after 5 mins while charging my earbuds but I’m not sure if they are still charging even when the led is not on the case

Hello! I’m having major issues with my i12 AirPods. I have the same brand you have, but for some reason the right AirPod is messing up badly. When they’re both connected to my phone and I play music, the right AirPod will trigger voice control and then turn off. I don’t have this problem with the left AirPod, because when I use it on its own, it works perfectly. I tried using the right one on its own but it turns off straight away. And it is fully charged so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Could you help me out please?

Hi Mike, I just gotten these inpods 2 days ago it's in the macaron pastel colours version. Both sides of the inpods are in working condition. Only problem is that they won't pair and sync tgt. So only one side (either the left or right) will be paired to my device and the other side is able to be paired to another device as well. I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

Great video, mine left pod wouldn't work and was showing a solid blue light, i just turned the right one off by holding the button on the pod, then held the same button on the left for about 30 seconds and it turned back on! Thanks for the tips.

For people who have bought these and have issues with one earbud not turning on. These have touch sensitivity to them, meaning that you can touch the bud and change the song and other things. Now with that being said the earbud not turning on maybe because you turned them off accidentally by touching the earbud while removing it from the case. You simply will just have to turn them back on by touching the area between the like speaker whole on the side and the LED whole,(as I’ll call it).

My charge drains very fast . Like when it's 100% I'll start using it and then after 10 minutes it becomes 90% . It doesn't decrease accordingly , it straight goes to 80% from 90% . There's no in between. What should I do ?

The left side only work on mine, the right side is just non existent and the light only comes on when I put them back into the charging case
Try turning them on outside of the case. In other words. Take them out and put your finger in between the wholes on the side. (The LED area and the air vent thingie)

Hi I have the i200 tws and today when I tried connecting I opened it up and didn’t connect I had to connect through Bluetooth menu and the pop up menu didn’t show. When it did connect only the left connected and the right hand side one had a solid blue light on

Sir, any idea mine on mine, mine has the right piece goin to "power off" because of low battery but when i charge, gets full for about a minute (yes it flashes blue or green" then when using says low battery again for like 30secs of using then when i put it back again to charge, again thats what happens vice versa.. What’s up, hoping you can help here. I’ve got the 5.0 auto pairing model of the i12’s, and there seems to be an issue with the left earbud charging. When I put them in the case the right one will have the red LED visible in the case, but the left one will only light up if I put pressure on it to hold it down or if it’s left lying a certain way while charging.
Just hoping to find some sort of fix for this since google seems to have nothing useful
maybe a small piece of tape in the lid to add extra pressure when the lid is closed?

I have the same earpods and the factory reset didn't work for me, I tried both methods and it did not work, I need to factory reset the buds because the left earbud works as the right one and the right one as the left one. Help pls :(
Reversed audio was very common on the i9 and i10 but the 12 shouldn't have it? Very strange.
I would leave them out of the case overnight to discharge them then recharge and see if that helps

Hi I have the blue label ones. Mine don’t have a led sensor inside the case between the headphones. Only when I first paired it did I see the battery percentage. I have some problen with the left earpod, it has a weird volune adjustment, for example if i lay on my right side, the volume will be decreased or often times just off as if muted, but if i lay on my left side, it returns to normal. Do you have the solution for it?
hmm not sure what could be causing that, maybe something to do with the signal being restricted from the angle you are lying on?

I have a question, mine have some pairing issues, the buds not always pair up with each other but they work after I try. However, I tried to reset as you showed but when the buds are in the charging box and I press the button the charging red led goes on on both but they never say POWER ON in the box, so I couldn't get to do the reset thing. Hello this video might've been uploaded a while ago but i still wanna ask how to fix this problem i've had. When I long press my right earpud for it to head forward to my music it wouldn't do taht but instead it switched to my recent music I've listened to and with my left earbud it would do the opposite of what it should do and would go forward instead of the going back. Its like they switched is there anyway I can fix this? (Hopefully this made sense)

I’m not sure if this is an issue but my I12 blue label editions case always has the same battery percent on my iPhone and also the charging case turns off after 5 mins while charging my earbuds but I’m not sure if they are still charging even when the led is not on the case
that is an issue with these, they often can't read the chip correctly and give a default value, hope this helps?

Hello! I’m having major issues with my i12 AirPods. I have the same brand you have, but for some reason the right AirPod is messing up badly. When they’re both connected to my phone and I play music, the right AirPod will trigger voice control and then turn off. I don’t have this problem with the left AirPod, because when I use it on its own, it works perfectly. I tried using the right one on its own but it turns off straight away. And it is fully charged so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Could you help me out please?
sounds like a faulty touch sensor, probably needs returning or replacing
Pls I have a question. My airpods said "low battery" and I put them in the charging box(it was turned on) now it's lightnenig red(earphones) and it's a steady light. Should they change color when they are charged? And when I'm charging the box are earphones charging automatically?
The light should go out when fully charged

Hi Mike, I just gotten these inpods 2 days ago it's in the macaron pastel colours version. Both sides of the inpods are in working condition. Only problem is that they won't pair and sync tgt. So only one side (either the left or right) will be paired to my device and the other side is able to be paired to another device as well. Do u have any solutions that I can try or is this a manufacturer defect? Really appreciate it thanks :)
sorry we don't support inpods - the failure rate on those is too high

Me and my wife have the i12 gold label pods. The issue is when she using one pod, I can listen to what she listening to as well. Is there a way to prevent the second set from pairing to my phone?

so the left one is working PERFECTLY but my right on isn’t beeping, there’s no lights, it won’t do anything. it was working yesterday but now it won’t turn on. I left them both in the case overnight and all day long. Then I tried it again and it still won’t work I tried all the factory reset nothings working
I got mine a day ago and they both work but only one will connect
Hi fuego I would recommend first make sure the contact points are all cleaned and try using some alcohol or electrical contact cleaner to make sure it is perfectly clean and all the prongs make good contact.
Also do the same for the USB port and maybe try using a different cable just to eliminate that as a potential problem.
If all that doesn't work, you are best off trying to contact the seller and requesting a replacement or refund.
