    I’ve had mine for a few days and the left side not coming on at all like it says power on then right after power off but the right one working

      I would recommend letting the two buds go completely flat and then give them both a full charge. This is actually the recommendation of the manufacturers if you are experiencing connectivity issues or dropouts.
      If you try this and still get problems i would consider speaking to the retailer or stockist and start a return as it is quite likely they have a hardware fault that would not be something the end user is able to fix or repair.

      Make sure the power bank is fully charged first then insert the bids for an hour and try again

      If one of them isn't working take both of them out of the case for at least 14-16 hours and then put them back in. They should work

    this is so hard... mine dont connect both just one and the other says disconnected and keeps saying that, but if i turn off the one that works the other one start playing with no problems

      if you want connect two of them you should click the button on case before you take out airpods and take them out of case and one of them gonna turn off one will blink now you can connect bluetooth sorry too long instruction

      If your i12tws not connect each other try to tap 5 time on right side,then tap 5 time on left,then it connect.i dont know if this work but it work on mine

      As i always say first thing is to clean all the charging points and contacts with a alcohol wipe or similar and maybe chose a higher rated usb charger

    I have i30 tws bought from china
    The left airpod is not charging while kept in charging it lighted blue instead of red but the right one lighted red and charged
    To reset the left one i have tap 5 time but it didn’t reset.the left one have low battery n power off immediately when it is one. How to charge need help plz tell me how to reset

    My battery on my left i12 and the battery only last 1:10 on 100% as the right one is fine do you know how to fix it?

      Also do the same for the USB port and maybe try using a different cable just to eliminate that as a potential problem.

    Hi Mike, great videos! I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

    Great video, mine left pod wouldn't work and was showing a solid blue light, i just turned the right one off by holding the button on the pod, then held the same button on the left for about 30 seconds and it turned back on! Thanks for the tips.

    For people who have bought these and have issues with one earbud not turning on. These have touch sensitivity to them, meaning that you can touch the bud and change the song and other things. Now with that being said the earbud not turning on maybe because you turned them off accidentally by touching the earbud while removing it from the case. You simply will just have to turn them back on by touching the area between the like speaker whole on the side and the LED whole,(as I’ll call it).

    Hey mine's have a light inside the box that flashes red and the buds don't hold charge and also when I click the button on the box the blue light comes on inside the box but shuts off after a minute or so what can I do to fix this ive tried everything you show on your videos and yes it's a blue lable but different looking than the ones you show on this video like I stated above the light is inside the box

      sounds like the touch sensor is faulty or damged. You could try letting the batteries go completely flat and trying again

    My charge drains very fast . Like when it's 100% I'll start using it and then after 10 minutes it becomes 90% . It doesn't decrease accordingly , it straight goes to 80% from 90% . There's no in between. What should I do ?

    The left side only work on mine, the right side is just non existent and the light only comes on when I put them back into the charging case

      Try turning them on outside of the case. In other words. Take them out and put your finger in between the wholes on the side. (The LED area and the air vent thingie)
      This has worked for me.

    Hey bro ,,my i12 right and left is interchanged,,
    Right sound from left bud and vice versa

    Hi I have the i200 tws and today when I tried connecting I opened it up and didn’t connect I had to connect through Bluetooth menu and the pop up menu didn’t show. When it did connect only the left connected and the right hand side one had a solid blue light on

      If you try this and still get problems i would consider speaking to the retailer or stockist and start a return as it is quite likely they have a hardware fault that would not be something the end user is able to fix or repair.

    Sir, any idea mine on mine, mine has the right piece goin to "power off" because of low battery but when i charge, gets full for about a minute (yes it flashes blue or green" then when using says low battery again for like 30secs of using then when i put it back again to charge, again thats what happens vice versa.. This is really pissin me off

    What’s up, hoping you can help here. I’ve got the 5.0 auto pairing model of the i12’s, and there seems to be an issue with the left earbud charging. When I put them in the case the right one will have the red LED visible in the case, but the left one will only light up if I put pressure on it to hold it down or if it’s left lying a certain way while charging.
    Just hoping to find some sort of fix for this since google seems to have nothing useful

    I have the same earpods and the factory reset didn't work for me, I tried both methods and it did not work, I need to factory reset the buds because the left earbud works as the right one and the right one as the left one. Help pls :(

      Reversed audio was very common on the i9 and i10 but the 12 shouldn't have it? Very strange.
      I would leave them out of the case overnight to discharge them then recharge and see if that helps

    Hey I’ve been using my i12 for a month now and it works perfectly but suddenly when I charge it the left AirPods is perfectly blinking and working fine but the right one is only showing a red light no blinking when I take it out of the case, so the right one doesn’t work.     Hi I have the blue label ones. Mine don’t have a led sensor inside the case between the headphones. Only when I first paired it did I see the battery percentage. Is there anyway of knowing this from now on? Or do I have to pair it every time to see this? It’s also said 68% charged for like the last 2 hours now

    Wow, bless you for making this video and actually replying!! I have some problen with the left earpod, it has a weird volune adjustment, for example if i lay on my right side, the volume will be decreased or often times just off as if muted, but if i lay on my left side, it returns to normal. Do you have the solution for it?

    I have a question, mine have some pairing issues, the buds not always pair up with each other but they work after I try. However, I tried to reset as you showed but when the buds are in the charging box and I press the button the charging red led goes on on both but they never say POWER ON in the box, so I couldn't get to do the reset thing. Is there anything I can do for them to say the power and beep in the box???? And thanks 😊😊😊

      On some models the button starts the charging there are so many clones on be market and they seem to all work slightly different. Very confusing

      some of these cloned airpods do keep flashing they aren't genuine i12's and there is nothing you can do to stop it

    Hello this video might've been uploaded a while ago but i still wanna ask how to fix this problem i've had. When I long press my right earpud for it to head forward to my music it wouldn't do taht but instead it switched to my recent music I've listened to and with my left earbud it would do the opposite of what it should do and would go forward instead of the going back. Its like they switched is there anyway I can fix this? (Hopefully this made sense)

    Got a problem where the left earbud plays the right earbud soundtrack and vice versa (left is right and right is left) I can't seem to solve this problem with the reset. Any idea on how to solve this?

      Try this: connect both earbuds with the phone, turn off the Bluetooth, touch the right earbud 2 times and then connect em with the phone again.
      It worked with mines

    I’m not sure if this is an issue but my I12 blue label editions case always has the same battery percent on my iPhone and also the charging case turns off after 5 mins while charging my earbuds but I’m not sure if they are still charging even when the led is not on the case

      that is an issue with these, they often can't read the chip correctly and give a default value, hope this helps?

    Hello! I’m having major issues with my i12 AirPods. I have the same brand you have, but for some reason the right AirPod is messing up badly. When they’re both connected to my phone and I play music, the right AirPod will trigger voice control and then turn off. I don’t have this problem with the left AirPod, because when I use it on its own, it works perfectly. I tried using the right one on its own but it turns off straight away. And it is fully charged so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Could you help me out please?

    Hi Mike, I just gotten these inpods 2 days ago it's in the macaron pastel colours version. Both sides of the inpods are in working condition. Only problem is that they won't pair and sync tgt. So only one side (either the left or right) will be paired to my device and the other side is able to be paired to another device as well. Do u have any solutions that I can try or is this a manufacturer defect? Really appreciate it thanks :)

    so the left one is working PERFECTLY but my right on isn’t beeping, there’s no lights, it won’t do anything. it was working yesterday but now it won’t turn on.
