For a non apple user =V finding out that you have to push it in to put the whole charger tip inside made a more obvious way of charging it cause when I tried charging the case, the tip won't go all in =T when I pushed a little, I thought it would break if I shove it all in xd thank you for the help

that is unfortunate, my only advise is to pull harder. Otherwise, you could try heating up the case with a hairdryer, and then pulling out the earpiece. good luck

I’ve only used mine a few times. When I first got them they lasted long enough for what I needed them for so I never found out the full duration. But yes, for some reason the left lasts longer than the right. I took them off the charger and the case said ~80% (idk why it never fully charges) and the earbuds said ~90% (same thing - idk why they don’t fully charge). About 20 minutes later the right earbud died. Very disappointing.

Before putting it in your ear i recommend pairing the buds first then put it in your ear because of the flashes. Once paired the flash will stop

Turn off ur bluetooth on ur phone. Once youve done that hold the power button on both earphones and once the light turns on wait until only one of the earphone lights r on. Once youve done that connect them to ur phone and try it again.

TitanGoji 1954 mine also.I have inpods 12s .no button.Its stated there,it will automatically charge when u put the buds inside the case..Yet its been 1 hour my buds still stay 86%.
My matte black inpods12 box doesn't light up when I charge it.

My inpods are lowbatt and I put them back in the case but minutes later, the case stopped blinking. When I checked the status of the inpods using the phone, it states that only 50% are charged but the case itself stopped blinking. What to do?

Turn off ur bluetooth on ur phone. Once youve done that hold the power button on both earphones and once the light turns on wait until only one of the earphone lights r on. Once youve done that connect them to ur phone and try it again.
What if when I press the button on the case it doesn't flash at all ? Does that mean it literally has no power at all ? Tried pressing it a couple of times, even holding it but no luck

If anyone can help, the touch gestures don’t work. Single tap does nothing. Double & triple tap just flash’s Siri for a split second (sometimes) and makes a loud beep and then nothing. Are they faulty or something?? 🤔🤔😰

okay so i just received mine, just making sure, i took them out of the case and tried to pair them- it showed up on my Bluetooth but was not able to pair.
im now charging the case and there is a red light flashing and both the airpods lights are red. that's good right? so when it's done it will show a blue colour?

the case should charge the airpods automatically? when you place the airpods back in, a red ring should come up around the airpods to show they are charging
