Gosh!! I thought I had some heart disease so I consulted a doc. He did ECG, 2D Echo, Stress Echo but everything was normal. He then gave me some pain killers and asked to just rest. But even after a month the pain was not really relaxed. Today I came across this video so thought of giving it a try. Man it really helped me a lot. I just did it for once and I can feel how effectively it worked than those pain killers I've been eating for a month. Though, the pain is not completely over but I'll definitely try it for some more days and come back here to update. Till then, I can't thank you guys enough for this miracle.

Yeah this problem can deff actually lead to a broken heart. I am a emotion code energy healer. When you have longterm injuries you rlly do start building a heartwall about. Ot being able todo things. Emotions like, discouragement, frustration, anger, bitterness and whatever else you experience while injured can become apart of a heartwall and in this sense. Injuries rlly do break our hearts. After hitting 315 on the bench press I get the muscle strain. I didn’t know it was a strain because the pain was still there and I just thought to push through it. It’s been a month……and I just realized what this is. Still happy able to do 130 kg even with this minor injury but still. I now I understand why I’m not progressing because I didn’t give my body the proper rest. Take this as a life lesson from my life. Listen to your body when it’s has had enough means enough. Train hard yes. But rest as relaxing as how hard your training

@@luisvaldez3773 rest till the pain is not there if it feels like a tear or small strain. Then stop what you doing. And most good favorably is to go to the doctor and do check ups
@@sinslap_ prolly not but it can come back. Rn Im dealing with upper pec strain from probably overworking with dips and pushups for month or two now every day with litttle to no rest. It was a big mistake, I was doing some high reps program to be able to do 100 pushups in a row, I got to about 80 when this pain started happening, 2 3 days ago, I made the mistake of stretching thinking its going to help me instead it worsened the pain, thankfully to this video I will now start holding in contracted position and let it rest and heal for a week or two and see if it passes. I hope It will, since it already happened once or twice but not on this pain level.

I just had a muscle strain and it feels horrible. A sudden knife like sensation in the left chest and minor pain and discomfort in upper left hand. My doctor said that it is completely okey but I'm so scared that I could not trust him. I am still having some minor pain in the left hand while writing this. I'm a kid and only 12 years old.
Im 15.I was having this since the age of 10.But when i was 11 it gets extreme(having this once in 2 days in night). So i startes playing football Later when i turned 14 it feels much better(once in 3 months).
Same, im 13. Since that I started doing low intensity cardio exercising now, I think that I got this body pains because my body is adopting to it, but idk.

I tried massaging and everything but it didnt work and it kept going for 2 hours. Then i tried this method and it was gone. I turned to my left side which i couldnt do 10 minutes ago because it hurt so bad, now i felt a little crack on my chest as i turned and the pain was instantly gone. Thank you so much! Do you offer any individual sessions? I strained my pec 7 months ago, ive tried resting it loads, had to stop swimming. No activity for a few months and it keeps tearing with very minimal exercise. I thought nothing of it when i first injured it swimming, now its become one of the most chronic injuries I've had. Could you offer any services or support?
I felt a sharp pain in the upper peck doing a back exercise. A week later I noticed it was swollen. Now the swelling is a bit less but it still feels kind of hard and thinker than the other side.

In 2011 while doing push-ups I got severe left side chest pain .today also the same pain contious..any help

couple of weeks ago I sneezed and pulled a muscle above my chest, at times I can't even breathe and forget about sneezing again. Been trying to expand the chest and stretch it but I guess that was bad. I will try this. thanks.

Do you offer any individual sessions? I strained my pec 7 months ago, ive tried resting it loads, had to stop swimming. No activity for a few months and it keeps tearing with very minimal exercise. I thought nothing of it when i first injured it swimming, now its become one of the most chronic injuries I've had. Could you offer any services or support?
