Lordosis and Walking: How can it help and what exercises can you use?

Lordosis is an exaggerated curve of the lumbar spine, created by muscles of the hip. Walking can be used as a therapeutic exercise to help reduce the curve. It can be done everyday, walking from car to office, around the supermarket and it can be as a form of exercise at the gym.
During this tutorial you'll learn the two areas of the body you need to focus on in order flatten your lumbar spine and a set of 3 exercises. These exercises are progressions of each other and challenge you to hold the right position of your spine.

hey, if i check by myself the lumbar curve test - and my hand succeed to pass the spine (during learning my PTS exam) i can assumed that my spine is in lordosis position? or i have to go for health specialist? (i'm after 2 labors in the last 2 years)
