The Liverpool supporters were in the seats to the right of us, and in the clock stand paddock beside the pitch next to the roker end, i.e. right hand nearside corner of the pitch, about 1000 or so
Was in the Roker End that day and let me tell you it was fecking freezing. That was a top class Liverpool side mind, brilliant football that was a class anything else in England.
I was there, aged 15, with my mates in the Roker End. Never stop chanting all game. And when 4-0 down, Sang "we Only Sing when we losing". Barry Davis made reference to it later on MOTD.😁
