Busted Umbrella Base Fix It Concept!

Has your patio/deck umbrella base ever quit on you? This was a quick proof of concept for a new umbrella base to replace a broken one. The old one fell apart and my umbrella has an oversized pole. I plan to turn the new base into a table in a future episode.

This just happened to mine, surprised it was only held in by gravel. Do you think cement of liquid cement will hold it back in place?
