If I'm not mistaken the last piece of heart would be located near the entrance which leads to a small village "Halloween town". Roll with it. The heart piece should be on top of a tall rock wall before you enter the entrance. I try to use the hook shot but that didn't work. I try to use the castle "ruins" on the other side of the rock wall to see if I could somehow climb it but no luck. Hopefully this helps. Let me know when you find it.
Tried playing song of healing for those two, along with a bunch of other suspicious locations and characters. As far as I can tell song of healing doesn't do anything.
