I've had good luck mixing rubbing alcohol isopropyl alcohol 70% alcohol and 30% distilled water picked up some huge power gane's on my Duramax race truck
I’ve always used my factory windshield washer fluid tank for this kit. I know when it’s low on meth when low washer fluid comes on and it also held nearly 2 gallons vs 1/2.
The cost of the DI injection upgrade for boost is what made me go nitrous on the camaro. Although c16 for the stand alone is expensive!!! just bought a 5 gallon pail for a little over 100 bucks haha hopefully it lasts a while.
Could you touch up on the Di upgrades there isn’t alot of videos that talk about it , so you will be using meth as opposed to installing a secondary high or low side pump , what is your opinion on adding port injectors to supplement the DI
nice man, im running the camaro kit which has the tb plate. made it work on the l83 tb just had to drill the holes bigger to make it fit. cant complain. only thing i wont ever know what the iats are
Since you emphasis “Consistency”, have you considered “Direct Port” injection? Seems to me that would ensure a more uniform water/methanol delivery although with what you have, the differences shouldn’t be that much. I have a 95 Trans Am (Twin Turbo) project car that when I do put it back on the road I was looking to install the Stage 4 system myself which is why I’m looking forward to seeing how things go with your truck. Richard Holdener(Westech Performance Group) regularly, he puts out engine Dyno videos, on a recent one he showed differences between the cylinder AFRs which caught my attention, for me that caught my attention. FWIW, on the engine he was showing he did have a uniform spray of Nitrous from a Dual Nozzle system, so perhaps things are similar with Water/Meth, I don’t know. Most people don’t go deep into the tune as you do, but from what you have shown so far, if a person dialed in their vehicle’s tune it would seem to me that overall they could get immediate(more power/fuel efficiency) and long(longer engine life) term cost effective benefits. My daily driver is a 2011 Chevy Avalanche with a 5.3, watching what you are/have done with your truck is inspiring. Once I have spare funds, I plan to install an inter-cooled, water/methanol injected turbo system to give my truck more passing/pulling power.
I had one of the first Snow kits on the market 20 years ago. It was a great quality product even back then. I used it on my Porsche 944 Turbo.

I just bought two pails of meth, but it was only $40 a pop so not too bad. Love that meth injection for adding fuel to DI
