Failed Hydrodipping

Why does this problem occur when viewed with soapy water that it starts to loosen?
With some films we bought from China, we order it works, but some hydrofilm have the same problem as with hydrofilm from you.
What can the problem be like? I'm starting to feel tired, hard to do most of the time. Dipped yesterday the last bracket after 30 minutes after painting with blackmatt paint, smaller flags became loose.
But it will not solve anything if everything is correct. Should dip parts of carbon on my Harley, started with the hood. But dull acrylic paint as it should be applied 2K clear coat, does it work better, or is the problem with paint on spray can?

A few pointers on process, water temp is low, around 30 degrees Celsius is optimal, this hydrates the film better. Air bubbles in film need removed before activating.
Think main issue is areosole activator, areosoles tend to "spit" this will create voids in print. It's a must to get a quality spray gun, this will eliminate that issue.
Jim at K2 concept has amazing video's I'd definitely recommend watching them and visiting his forum, I've learnt so much from them. Hope you got the part done and you're still dipping. Good luck 👍

It should really only be used on top of basecoat which has been sprayed less than 18hrs ago. it's not made to stick to other types of paint including primer or laquer..

lol...4 years later.....BUT, I could see air bubbles right before you dipped. Also, because the "holes" are not perfectly round, it appears that the issue is too little activator. Too much activator would produce near perfectly round holes in your ink. Also, I don't think you waited 60 seconds after you sprayed the activator. I short, the activator evaporates the film, leaving only ink floating on the water. If you dip too soon, the film is still there which causes issues.But it still looks pretty dang good for a DIY dip...

Hi, when you put to much of activator it starts coming out

You forgot to rub it on sand paper
And then apply prime coat
Then hydrodipping will stick

spray activator as the circular range with the passes might not be providing enough activator at certain locations
better use an aerosol paint gun which has an ellipse shape release or
just make another spray aerosol pass again on that just to avoid any miss

Answer is, higher temp on water, type 31 degrees...then okej.
