Been listening to a lot of Khruangbin interviews. I can only imagine how boring it must be answering the same questions about how they met in church, how they record inside a barn la di da di... all the time. This one was really refreshing! Nice job.
Wow, an FM radio announcer who does an articulate, thoughtful interview. Considered and intelligent questions and then listens to the answers without talking over the guests. Really well done!
at last we hear dj speak at length
Wow, that shoutout to Kelly Doyle reminded me of last year when i saw Robert Ellis [the Texas Piano Man ;^) who had Kelly Doyle in his band! He is the only guitar player who comes close to Mark Speer and Julian Lage in my book, in terms of favorite players of mine, Kelly blew me away with his playing that night! You guys should tour with Robert Ellis some time because that'd make for an amazing double bill!
Yooooo the Roy Ayers influence makes so much sense!!! Would love if they got a vibraphone lololz
Interviewer asked closed ended questions and talked too much. Made for an awkward interview.
Is not Houston have a problem, but simply Houston. I think.
So that's what he looks like without the wig
I like DJ's wig the best
