Would this need an outdoor plug? Or, is it enough to connect the device to an extension lead which in turn could be connected to an inside plug?

Does the plug get hot? and can you use heavy duty extension lead with 13amp fuse?

It works ok on the 18ftx9ftx4ft above ground pool with 2x solar heat mats to take 2-3°c off This year uk newcastle I managed to get the pool to twenty three max 😂😂😂😂😂

I'm now using it for my hot tub to give it a kick. Start to get it heated fast But I keep popping 13amp fuse and melting wall socket 😂😂

So this unit has to be inline with the pool cleaning pump to circulate pool water thru it ? how can it heat when the flow rate is so high ?

Yes in line (and fitted so the water has passed through the filter first) as long as the pool size is no bigger than the heater is designed for it will heat.

@@jacksonsleisure Hi, Useful video. Would this work for a 12ft round above ground pool? I believe it holds 8,000 litres. What sort of temperature would it need to run at in the UK and how long would it take to reach that temperature? Thanks
