Holy cow!!! Watched dozens of sports photography videos, first one with ladies taking the pics and man us guys so off on worrying about their preferences and hair and makeup 😅 can learn a thing or two. Great job

when i shoot with the sun on their back like that the face has no light, how do u get away with no lights , flash or reflector in this shoot
I live my Expodisc and use indoors for HA games. If i were to shoot RAW, do you think i need to use the Expodusc as well? I was also wondering if you liked how her make-up was done? 😂

I really liked seeing this behind the scenes of your session. Do you think it would be a good niche to promote oneself as a senior sports photographer? It that too narrow? I ask because I've been photographing high school basketball and track events, which I like shooting. But should I just stick with the term senior photographer since it is a good lane. BTW, may have missed this, what lens did you use during the session? Was it a 50mm . Thanks so much!!!

I believe it was 1/30 shutter speed, f2.2, and iso was turned down low

what is it the white lens cover you put on your lens when you move spots. I see it right before you shoot on the stairs.
It’s an ExpoDisc. It fixes the white balance for us :)

What settings do you change it to when she was spinning the ball? Don’t you wanna bump up shutter and adjust aperture as needed?
We slowed the shutter to show motion in the ball. If your shutter is fast it will freeze the ball.
Did you tap on the screen to move it where you wanted to focus in on the ball instead of the senior?

I enjoyed your video. What I would like to know is when you were trying to show the ball spinning on her finger, what shutter speed did not show spinning? What shutter speed did? What was your aperture and iso at ? 2.8? 4 ? Iso 100?
F2.8 and iso 200. A super fast shutter speed stops the motion and slow will give a blur :)

Well, you will get a laugh .... But I have a Senior tomorrow ( in 14 hrs ) that I needed to get some off the wall creative ideas using a ball ..... Which I will super-impose the b-ball with planets . I have a Senior interested in the Solar System
