    Thanks for a good video. I prefer the mixed version but I like to also add just a few drops of cognac

    Dear Vivien, thanks for your and missis cameraman hard work.
    Just a tip: if ypu are not sure of correct English pronanciation of a word you can use Google Translate which allows you to listen it.
    Worcestershir sauce is pronaced much easyer and shorter than it looks. In Russian it's "Вустершир соус". In English it sounds the same, only word "sauce" should be like Russian "сос".
    Good luck to you and all of your family.

    I've always had trouble making good tasting burgers at home. But then last year I found out that if I make the burger patty from tar tar beef my burger tastes fantastic! I guess it is because tar tar beef is very high quality.

    What's the purpose of cleaning the cutting board to wash off the bacteria when you're eating it raw anyways?

    Thank you for the thorough recipe description, Chef. I never nowadays ask for the egg yolk as it's dangerous. But Quail egg yolk I'll have to try. When in a restaurant I ask for the mixed because I want to see the chef's taste perception. At home, I make it separate.

    • @lukebruce5234
      @lukebruce5234 Місяць тому +3

      @@crypto_attack yeah it's of course not dangerous

      Egg yolk is dangerous?? I eat 5-10 raw eggs per day. Insanely ignorant misinformation

      @kyproset Місяць тому

      @@crypto_attack I doubt restaurants seek out fresh free range eggs from farmers, let alone them being fresh.

      @kyproset Місяць тому

      @@lukebruce5234of course egg yolk is not dangerous. It just happened to me one time at a restaurant they put an egg yolk on top of the tartare steak and it smelled so bad. I wonder if the cook didn't smell it? I sent it back and I got an apology.

      @@kyproset Sure if it's spoiled it's no good. But it would not be good even if cooked.

    honest question - is there bacteria? why is it not okay and unsafe to eat rare burgers but okay to eat raw meat. I'm not a weirdo just curious.

    • @creedor
      @creedor Місяць тому +1

      Because when the meat is minced it’s more exposed to bacteria.
