I'm glad the algorithm sent this to my feed :). I live in Mexico and I find it interesting how you eat the "tripe", here we call it "panza" (stomach). If you can, search "mexican pancita" videos, you'll see how we eat it here, in a red chilly soup that tastes amazing! The soup looks yummi!
