Impressive video, AL FRUGONI. Looking forward to seeing your next upload. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The way you described managing the fire and temperature control during such a lengthy cook was fascinating. How do you approach seasoning and flavoring when working with such a large piece of meat?

Great cook. What BBQ would you get for your backgarden to do both American and Argentinian cooks? Feel free to recommend 2 BBQ's.

If you r interested in finding out The most simple way to eat an asado.. you l realize it can be simple as it get really... look for "asado de obra" of course something so easy rustic and simple i guess have no market in the Usa.. but take a look.. at how construction workers make their asados in the most simple way possible and what they use (52 seconds mark )

@federicodiaz1482 I understand, but I mean, as someone who's used to Texas Brisket on an offset smoker and Asado cooking, I wanna know what I should get for the best of both worlds. This may be 2 products.
Could you ask Vilmar what he used in the outdoor exhibit in Germany?
