- Car sat for 2 weeks so it's a little choked up in this video. 93 Fox with a 308, GT40 Y heads, GT 40 upper and lower, MAC CAI, F303 Cam, 1.7 Crane Roller Rockers, Forged TRW Pistons, TFS Main Girdle, HD T5, centerforce clutch, 4.10 gears, MAC Upper and Lower Rear Control Arms, Tubular Subframe connectors and too much more to list. More to come. Dyno day on the 4th of April to see what she'll do.
That is one of the cleanest Stangs I've ever seen. I love this body style.
The prettiest Fox body I've ever seen! Wow. Absolutely gorgeous! The headlights are like brand new, unlike most of the fox bodies you see when they're all yellow and old looking. Man this is a show car.
In the day, when you heard the E303, you knew some shit was getting ready to go down. That sounds even better.

God I miss my 87. Sucks to live in So Cal. So hard to get it smoged when you've changed everything. Even the high flow cats wont pass visual.

Badass...i shead a small tear. I had a 90 notch 25th anniversary. With a mild 306. HD T5. king cobra clutch. Mostly suspension mods with all the trimmings, but you got me son. Mine was the same color. *clicks a switch* "Beast Mode activated"

Had teh same stang and colour a 92GT..colour code is YX.
I loved..it got totaled in crash..no injuries and I picked up another one from FL..with 415HP..same year and all white....
My silver had 245HP....I had it mint and clean and shiny like a mirror with about 40, if not more, coats of Zaino polish...
Stock hood...this is nice..but really needs to be lowered...like yesyerday..hope the guy you sold it to lowered in the right way..

i watch a lot of youtube videos, but i dont usually comment on them, but i cant resist on this one... That car sounds absolutely amazing. i have an S197 mustang myself with frpp cams, but i have a huge love for the foxes. Very nice.

Depends on how you define "hard" and "fast." They respond well to airflow improvements; the stock heads/intake is where the main restriction is. Also, power ratings varied for sales reasons, but all the '86-93 5.0HOs had essentially the same 225hp trim.
65ShelbyClone The '86 5.0 was only rated at 200HP due to crappy one year only heads (with shrouded valves) and smaller throttle body (55 or 58mm whereas later cars had 60mm) also '86s had flat top pistons which required notching when using certain heads/cams.

@DaMadBlaqDrumma Sounds like a quiet version of my bosses drag car. He's got a '89 GT, gutted and striped. BUT there's a few important pieces: Huge tires out back, Hurst shifter, a 427ci V8 (750 HP, no nitro/turbo, all motor) and a kick ass tranny.

@playspaintball1 thanks for the tip but i already have the kit and selling the car isnt an option so Im trying to make it the best of it. thats interesting that you say that about people wanting the lx style, id sell for a gt in a heartbeat, just for the style nevermind the power. im not too concerned about weight, i put 100-200 in the trunk during the winter because ive slid out with the RWD going slow w/ snow tires on. plus i never gone over 55, at least not yet lol

ok i misread about the emblems, but i also have a pair of cobra Rs on my fox and nobody seems to complain too much. so many people have them because there's not a big rim selection for 4 lug pattern that actually looks decent. like i said before everyone's taste is different. a lot of people dislike them but a lot of people like them too.
those are stock gt tail lights not light covers.

i have those same wheels on my 89 but the fronts are rubbing the shock towers, my assumption is that they were originaly made for the rear, and someone jus threw em on cause the rim itself is rubbing not the tire...what size are those in the front?

@stratspider230 I'm not 100% but as far as i know there really is no diffrence between the GT and LX other than that obvisously the GT has the ground effects. there are diffrent options interior wise on certain models {map light, fog light switch, that deal}.

there are both LX coupes and hatchbacks. I have a 93 hatch and its an LX....
The drive train is all the same unless its a 4cyl lx. The coupes are a little lighter than the hatchbacks. I think the GT has some options that were standard but weren't on LX unless you got it that way. I'm not 100% on everything.. I've only been in the Fox Body stuff for a year now. I'm more of an old school mustang guy. Hope that helps
