Musicman Ernie Ball Big Al Bass plugging it in for the first time

Suddenly finding myself swamped with instruments I need to sell. This bass caught my attention. Can sell for 2400 cash.
I'm not sure what is up with the concentric controls but I'm sure it's a logical layout.
