~ MY STORY ~
Like a lot of us, I happened upon ASMR videos by chance when searching for ‘sleep help’ on UA-cam. I fell in love with the community because (alongside the tingles, ofc), it was a space for love, acceptance, and childlike creativity.
For someone who has struggled to love themselves and feel accepted (and continues to struggle on their worse days), ASMR is such a beautiful way to get out of our negative self talk. It speaks to the child within us, who doesn’t know what an amazing kid they are!
I recommend that everyone take the time to explore the wonderful world of ASMR with an open heart & mind.

I had my first ever panic attack a moment ago and put this on to help since usually seconds into these videos and I'm so calm I'm passing out. It took about 30 minutes but my heart has finally stopped racing and I'm finally calm. thank you for these amazing videos.

Panic attacks are awful. I have autism and so get them a lot along with shutdowns which are similar for me and Jocie always helps because I can barely ever take a full breath but I can when I'm watching her. I hope you're okay!

i used to listen to these to focus, it would help my anxiety well and long enough to where i could stop worrying and actually do my school work. now i fall asleep in seconds. it gets better!
Tips for all my favorite UA-cam watchers💕
-drink at least 3 glasses of water a day
-wash face 3 times a week (I recommend neutrogena cream cleanser) (in an orange bottle)
It help me with acne, dry skin, and scars
-condition your hair (even if you think you don’t need it)
-don’t bite your nails (I know it’s hard)
Maybe use a fidget cube or something as a better way of occupying your hands
-use moisturizer on face
-Use petroleum jelly on eyelashes and eyebrows for thick eyebrows and long lashes
-massage your scalp for 2 minutes after shower for hair growth and scalp healing
