I love when asmrtists ask permission before they "touch" you. It seems like such a small moment but it really helps normalize (and encourage) consent and shows that consent needs to be given everywhere not just in the bedroom

I had an anxiety attack... I was shaking so much I could barely type and I couldn't tell anyone because it was to hard to speak... I started crying when I clicked on your video... My stomach hurt so much... After listening for awhile the tears stopped and I stopped shaking... I calmed down... Thank you so much Josie if you didn't upload my anxiety attacks would sometimes get to strong and make me throw up!! ❤

Thanks Jocie and GiBi (she/s good if your looking for more asmrists) for bringing me into the asmr community, the two of them have been the reason i got/going through covid, my house burning down, my dog being put down and my dad passing. They helped me relax through sleepless nights, shocks, anxiety attacks and anger rages.
