Agree on the patch. The last patch shook things up - i find the matches more interesting. cyclone changes made a bunch of interesting builds. zergs are not so reliant on banelings. protoss still hot garbage. There should be “seasons” where each season has a distinct set of changes that define and delineate gameplay that 6months or so.
I think bluelight glasses are legit. Have one glasses with bluelight filter for evening and one normal glasses for daytime. This is for normal lights and stuff. For screen use flux and in-built system features as well
bluelight filers are legit if you mean the yellow tainted ones. The transparent ones are a scam (almost insignificant absorption). The best protection, specially for sunlight, are sunglasses/shades, the dark ones. There are some polarized lenses that shade in response to light, but they react a little bit even in low light conditions and some people don't like that, so having normal lenses and sunglasses may be better. Also, blue light is overrated, there is a lot of marketing. It isn't that damaging/significant/proven (still it may be a problematic for sleep, but is not concrete how much), sunlight is a lot more dangerous, specially in places with a lot of sunlight and/or reflections like deserts or tundra. Check scientific papers instead of health blogs/marketing/newspapers if you don't believe me.
@@dayvie9517 The effects from blue light at high/mild intensity is still for debate and those lenses absorbe 10-0.1% of high frequency blue light if not less. How is it not a scam? If you reduce blue light you degrade/dimm any blue you see. If you absorbe all blue you can't see blue. With those lenses any blue is clear as day, almost unchanged. If you have those lenses look at images at 420-440 nm and tell me you can hardly see any blue. If you cant find them look for a color wheel like the adobe color finder one and check the border between blue and violet. Are those blues a lot dimmer than the other colors? And that's best case, real filters filter almost all blue.
Actually, that is not a trick at all oo. The reason you should not eat and sleep is that your bodily functions, including heart rate, slow down. That is important to generate sleep patterns which keep your brain healthy (in simplistic terms). If you eat tons of food, your digestive tract needs to work and that requires a massive amount of bloodflow to transport energy and oxygen to the active organs as well as nutrients off, plus the "waste" system like kidneys and liver (same reason you dont eat big food portions before doing a test. You do not want the brain AND the digestive system to both be active full force together, then your brain wont operate at full capacity). I know this is super oversimplified, but that is basically it. It is not a trick, it is the absolute opposite of healthy. Do that if you want to die ealier:D
