- Sweet banana bread with walnuts, with bread maker, nothing can be more easier!
Below the recipes for 2 sizes bread pan
1 PADDLE BREAD PAN
3 medium size bananas ( 300 g )
1/4 cup ( 60 ml ) water
1/4 cup ( 60 ml ) cooking oil
3 tbsp. ( 45 g ) sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups ( 400 g ) bread flour
1 tsp yeast
1/2 cup ( 45 g ) walnuts
2 PADDLE BREAD PAN:
4 medium size bananas ( 400 g )
1/3 cup ( 80 ml ) water
1/3 cup ( 80 ml ) cooking oil
1/4 cup ( 50 g ) sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups ( 540 g ) bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup ( 60 g ) walnuts
Rasa tak kalah jemput pisang woi~~
Roti pisang gebu gebas manis dengan walnut, dengan pembuat roti, senang amat!
Resipi dibawah untuk 2 saiz loyang roti bread maker
LOYANG ROTI 1 PENGAYUH
3 pisang bersaiz sederhana (300 g)
1/4 cawan (60 ml) air
1/4 cawan (60 ml) minyak masak
3 sudu besar (45 g) gula
3/4 sudu kecil garam
3 cawan (400 g) tepung roti
1 sudu kecil yis
1/2 cawan (45 g) walnut
LOYANG ROTI 2 PENGAYUH
4 pisang bersaiz sederhana (400 g)
1/3 cawan (80 ml) air
1/3 cawan (80 ml) minyak masak
1/4 cawan (50 g) gula
1 sudu kecil garam
4 cawan (540 g) tepung roti
1 1/2 sudu kecil yis
3/4 cawan (60 g) walnut

ХЛЕБНАЯ ЛОШАДКА 1 ЛЕПОСТЬ
3 банана среднего размера (300 г)
1/4 стакана (60 мл) воды
1/4 стакана (60 мл) растительного масла
3 ст. (45 г) сахар
3/4 чайной ложки соли
3 стакана (400 г) хлебной муки
1 чайная ложка дрожжей
1/2 стакана (45 г) грецких орехов
ХЛЕБ С 2 ЛЕПКАМИ:
4 банана среднего размера (400 г)
1/3 стакана (80 мл) воды
1/3 стакана (80 мл) растительного масла
1/4 стакана (50 г) сахара
1 чайная ложка соли
4 стакана (540 г) хлебной муки
1 1/2 чайной ложки дрожжей
3/4 стакана (60 г) грецких орехов
ขนมปังกล้วยหอมกับวอลนัท กับเครื่องทำขนมปัง ไม่มีอะไรจะง่ายไปกว่านี้อีกแล้ว!
ด้านล่างสูตรขนมปัง 2 ขนาด
1 พายขนมปัง PAN
กล้วยขนาดกลาง 3 ลูก ( 300 กรัม )
น้ำเปล่า 1/4 ถ้วย ( 60 มล. )
น้ำมันปรุงอาหาร 1/4 ถ้วย ( 60 มล. )
3 ช้อนโต๊ะ ล. ( 45 กรัม ) น้ำตาล
เกลือ 3/4 ช้อนชา
แป้งขนมปัง 3 ถ้วย ( 400 กรัม )
ยีสต์ 1 ช้อนชา
วอลนัท 1/2 ถ้วยตวง ( 45 กรัม )
กระทะขนมปัง 2 พาย:
กล้วยขนาดกลาง 4 ลูก ( 400 กรัม )
น้ำเปล่า 1/3 ถ้วย (80 มล.))
น้ำมันปรุงอาหาร 1/3 ถ้วย (80 มล.)
น้ำตาล 1/4 ถ้วย ( 50 กรัม )
เกลือ 1 ช้อนชา
4 ถ้วย ( 540 กรัม ) แป้งขนมปัง
ยีสต์ 1 1/2 ช้อนชา
วอลนัท 3/4 ถ้วย ( 60 กรัม )
خبز الموز الحلو مع الجوز ، مع صانع الخبز ، لا شيء يمكن أن يكون أسهل!
أدناه وصفات لوعاء الخبز بمقاسين
1 مقلاة خبز
3 موزات متوسطة الحجم (300 جم)
1/4 كوب (60 مل) ماء
1/4 كوب (60 مل) زيت طبخ
3 ملاعق كبيرة. (45 جم) سكر
3/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
3 أكواب (400 جم) دقيق خبز
1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة
نصف كوب (45 جم) جوز
2 صحن للخبز المجفف:
4 موزات متوسطة الحجم (400 جم)
1/3 كوب (80 مل) ماء
1/3 كوب (80 مل) زيت طبخ
1/4 كوب (50 جم) سكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
4 أكواب (540 جم) دقيق خبز
1 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة
3/4 كوب (60 جم) جوز

2 पैडल ब्रेड पैन:
4 मध्यम आकार के केले (400 ग्राम)
1/3 कप (80 मिली) पानी
१/३ कप (८० मिली) खाना पकाने का तेल
1/4 कप (50 ग्राम) चीनी
१ छोटा चम्मच नमक
4 कप (540 ग्राम) ब्रेड का आटा
१ १/२ छोटा चम्मच यीस्ट
३/४ कप ( ६० ग्राम ) अखरोट
Édes banános kenyér dióval, kenyérsütővel, semmi sem lehet ennél könnyebb!

1 TÖKÖS KENYÉR TÁNC

Fantastic. I followed the white bread one but hated to take out the dough to need. This one where you throw in the ingredients and press a button and wait is too easy. Almost magical !!
Thank you for your encouraging comments. 🥰 I tried to use both styles with my bread maker. Some dough best use one touch setting and some need a lil bit of rounding and rolling to gets the best results.

Wow. I just re baked this recipe, the textured and the flavors of the bread is amazing but the crust on the bottom was a bit burned. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

saw that your bread don't have paddle mark on the bottom..
It showed at minute 3.03,
It have if you look carefully there is a cut beside the holes too, If it's one touch setting I wont take out the paddles, if the bread use rapid kneading or knead setting I took them out before bake.
May I ask if I doing this recipe but I use super soft sweet corn bread process izzit okay?
This dough is too wet to be handle by hand, but it might work if you added more dry ingredient, (flour) or decrease the liquid. I hope it help.

i followed the settings but the crust turned a bit burned. i wonder what could have i done wrong?
But the bread tastes fantastic, though.
It might be the sugar content in the banana is high. Different ripeness will give slightly different crust. I hope my answer helps, happy baking🥰
Tried today turned out very soft … but I added water 280ml( for single blade)because with 60 ml water measurement my flour was completely dry was not able to make a dough

@@dukececil6121 When first knead, the dough looked dry because banana still in solid shape, after a while banana mashed and liquid from mashed banana is enough to make a perfect dough. If you add more water the dough would be too wet. Just make sure to use ripe banana.

what should i follow? 3 cups of flour is 360 grams not 400g.
Different country have slightly different weight for dry ingredients, higher humidity country 1 cup is slightly heavier than low humidity county, so mine is around 130g to 135g per cup. I don't really weight anymore when I bake, because I baked a lot, and I mostly use cup measurement. They might be slightly different each day but not much and it's quite ok for bread. Hi! How did the ADD setting appeared while only using the Number 1 setting? It did not appeared on my bread maker the last time I tried :( please help me out thank you ❤️
If your machine didn't have ADD sound, then when you hear the third knead, you can add dried fruits and nuts. I hope my answer helps. Happy baking!🥰
