  • I love the bottom crust of this bread, because those butter melted and accumulated at the bottom and make it taste soo buttery. And sugar on top.........ahhhhhhh..
    Below the ingredients for both 1 & 2 paddles pan in cups and metric
    3/4 cup ( 200 ml ) water
    1 egg
    1/3 cup ( 70 g ) sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 1/2 cups ( 460 g ) bread flour
    1/4 cup ( 30 g ) milk powder
    2 1/4 tsp ( 6 g ) yeast
    3 tbsp. ( 50 g ) softened butter
    egg yolk for brushing
    2 tbsp. cold butter cut into 6 cubes
    1 tbsp. coarse sugar

    3 1/2 كوب (460 جم) دقيق خبز
    1/4 كوب (30 جم) حليب بودرة
    2 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة (6 جم) خميرة
    3 ملاعق كبيرة. (50 جم) زبدة طرية
    صفار البيض للدهن
    2 ملعقة كبيرة. تقطع الزبدة الباردة إلى 6 مكعبات
    1 ملعقة كبيرة. سكر خشن

    Omggg I just tried your recipe since I’ve had the same bread maker, the bread is soooo fluffy and sweet and buttery!! Didn’t expect the bread to be this good. My family finished the bread in less than 30min coz it was sooo good. Thank you for sharing the recipe❤️

    This works well. I have searched the web for recipes ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxEf52Yn9PpTLKua_uvi5Ams4pIDINER52 There are a few in the pamphlet, but I am ready to explore. NOTE: Once you hit start, don’t mess with it or the dough will not rise. Learned that the hard way.

      @@theweatherisaokay4964 Oh I can hardly wait to upgrade some of my Baking equipment and supplies. Baking is fun,easy and easy to share & give as gifts. I grew up with Home made foods & great cooks. It makes most Stores foods & baked foods taste,not that great. Whole Foods but I can’t afford theirs & I can make for cheaper.

      Thank you for watching and your kind comment. I can't say much about other brands, because this is my first machine. If you ask me how to choose, I will say buy the one with large bread pan so that you can choose to make a small size loaf and a large one too. Large bread pan can even bake a whole chicken in it.     Looks good my, “Bread Man”, QVC machine doesn’t seem to be as flexibly programmable as the one used here. A lot of work separating into 3 meticulously even rolled out & rolled up little rolls to be baked as 1 loaf. I was surprised to see just 1 loaf inside. Did you ever try to spread cinnamon or something on the rolled out dough? You put so much effort & it looks just like a cube of white bread! My back won’t allow me the luxury of standing so long. I’m sure it tastes great. Is it necessary to rollout the thirds. If I could just add soft butter before the break randomly & stir it in, could it be decent?

      Hi! Thank you for watching. Yes, I made one with cinnamon and brown sugar in another video. Rounding and rolling of them only took me about 6 to 7 minutes, the hard work already done by the machine, sometimes I loved having different and fun looking loaves and I enjoyed the creating part.
      Sorry to hear about your back, you can use my other one touch setting loaves I had on my channel. Quite a few of of them for those who don't have the time , or don't like or like you, have back issue. For those who likes having fun with otherwise a dull bread maker bread, a little bit of rolling is not much of a hassle. Wishing you well and happy baking!🥰

    This Pery Smith bread maker is a West Bend bread maker. They are EXACTLY the same.

      I've check with the model it's looked exactly the same, the only different is, it didn't have Jam and yogurt setting. Now I think I can put West Bend model on the title too, thank you again for letting me know about this model of bread maker.

      @@aminatussadaih373Maybe you've made a mistake, this bread don't have raisins. If what you meant is my other video with raisins, yes you can omit the raisins and add chocolate chips instead.

    I’ve had a few bread makers there is no proof and just bake on bread makers. Also is there a special reason you roll into 3

      Yes, no proof setting on my bread maker too. What I meant proof here is leave the bread inside the machine to proof, the small cubicle of our bread maker is a very good place for the yeast to do what they are suppose to do. As for why I rolled into 3 portions is because it gave an even spots to distribute the cold butter. Yes, you can roll into just one portion. Happy baking!🥰

      You can change to all milk instead of water but you need to increase a little, because water and milk density is different, maybe add 10% more. You are most welcome🥰

    You didn't need to pull out dough, separating into 3 pcs, etc. The whole dough blended into one loaf .

      I have many videos that showed one touch setting where I just let the machine do all and I have many videos too that showed them taken out and shaped but don't worry, the hard work of kneading already done by the machine, I only shaped them and put butter and spread some sugar, all that not hard or long to do. Bread machine have many settings for us to play with and I just love to have different loaves to enjoy. Thank you for watching and happy baking. 🥰

      I keep my yeast in air tight bottle, actually in jam bottle. I love the glass jam bottle because they are airtight and glass don't absorb odour. I hope my answer helped. happy baking!🥰

      If you are using an oven, it should be around 350° F / 175° C · 35 to 40 minutes or until brown. I hope my answer helps. Happy baking!🥰

      @@12345678maylin You can omit the milk powder to get the same milky bread by changing the water to fresh milk instead if you don't have milk powder. You can't change milk powder to condensed milk because one is solid and another is liquid. Thank YOU for watching.😊
