What an honor to be interviewed by Bob Schieffer, and what an honor to interview a country music legend. This is a perfect pairing. Watching CBS Sunday Morning is like going to church.
The woman has lived and that's more than most of the people who are making negative comments here. Tanya has had the opportunity to enjoy life even if some of it cost her personal unhappiness. That's LIFE .
It really a subjective thing. Because no doubt people from the other side of the music spectrum say the same about your singers. Let's just appreciate the music we love and leave the rest for others.
Always a fan of Tanya's! But Bob Schieffer treating up saying the words to her song, hit me hard! One of the Best journalist Ever, IMO! And Tanya... ❤Please keep em coming! 🥰
Hands down , Tanya has the most rich & unique voice of all time. She is the true grit of country music. One of a kind class act. So glad she is back where she belongs. ,😂🌹🌹😙🌹😙🌹🌹🌷
I used to be a little girl singing Delta Dawn. I have loved Tanya my entire life. She is an amazing woman and one of the best singers I've ever heard. So glad to hear her new music, and to see her get the credit she deserves for being such an awesome woman. I hope she wins all 4 Grammy awards.
People LOVE to HATE on Tanya. Her entire life she's the wild child of country music and been beaten by haters for years. All the insults on her looks don't mean a damn thing when you have a heart and voice like she does. People just look for the worst and love to judge. It's pretty sad but they can't take away all she's accomplished in her career. Argue all you want. :)
The one thing I will remember besides “That Great Voice” is she never met a stranger! I ran into Tanya several times in Dallas out and about, she was the same as anyone else you’d meet.. just treated her like anyone else. She was always friendly outgoing and loved people. (That was probably back in the 80’s) Glad to hear she’s back out and at it! She has survived it all, more than most can say👍🏻. That’s my idea of a true legend❤️
Have always loved your music & still do! And having Shooter & Brandi producing new music is awesome! I hope you win at the Grammys!! You are still so beautiful ❤
I hate when others point the finger at the negative about someone. I always think they can only be negative because they hate something about themselves. Sure Tanya Tucker has had a tough life but she's been honest about her alcohol and drug abuse. To rise above these and other demons is what Tanya Tucker has modeled. I hope she wins all 4 Grammys. I hope others that are so critical can find kindness no matter who the person it. Life is hard.
