We love hearing from all of you!
Nice to see Will loosened up on camera! Finally getting a sense of his personality.
Congrats on the success this week!
Thank you for the near 2 weeks of daily videos and for taking us along for the ride.
Rest up and try to get on your cats good side again ;)
In watching your stuff and Garrett’s and Steve Morris, this is just an endurance event. Just surviving seems a major accomplishment in and of itself. Nicely done.
Those are the channels I have been following too, pity Steve and Cleetus were not able to finish, but that's racing
You forgot Tom baily without him this event wouldn’t even exist he had some bad luck too
@@edmahonejr.9364 Tanks for remembering Tom .. These guys are the four horsemen. I watch Clay for the ultimate g experience...
Great job Kevin and Will. That last past was on a string. Also no torched heads. Let's friggin go. Off to another great start to a year of fun and madness.
Congrats on finishing. The content for the week was great. Looking forward to a lot more of the same. Soccer mom is alive and kicking ass.
Really liked the consistency this week Kevin and Will. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats for finishing.
KSR FTW
Gotta be proud you and your buddy will Pull it off Glad to see you're having some fun it was a great show thank you so much And I Finally bought one of your red white and blue hats I was a great party at your shop helping all those Gearheads out KSR ROCKS THE DRAG WORLD PEACE GODSPEED
Congratulations on the finish Kevin! Thanks for the daily uploads! It made my day to watch your progress each evening after work!
Glad to hear it!
Soccermom in race trim is probably knockin on the door of 6's! Good job KSR team!
Congrats on good Sick Week finish! Your cars are so awesome.
That's it I've run a 7 or 8 it don't matter I'm going home....next breath maybe I'll try one more run...we're all the same Kevin, well done!
Lol, guilty
Brother y'all played the smart game and finished. And did it more enjoyably than previous. Im still amazed a leaf car can be that good especially with the 60 foots. We are building a C3 for drag and drive stuff. My second gen wont be used like this. Gonna be a challenge for a father son team that builds dirt cars! I do have my own 6 second club sticker tho(drag bike). Yall made this look fun!
A GREAT Way to End the Week.!!!! I Think your attention to Details is what makes you the Racer you Are. Bonus!
Congratulations on finishing Kevin
Great content al week taking us along for the ride and races. Anyone else notice kevin didn't stop smiling the whole time, he was born for this shit.
You did incredible sir! Straight off of having surgery and getting the engine only a few days before the event, then averaging in the 7 seconds is insane in my book. 👏
Finally got to watch the newest video. Fantastic job guys. What was the liquid at the top of the last pass ? The under car angle shows it and so does the out the back video.
Big congrats to you and Will for surviving! So exciting to see that SoccerMom took to the changes you guys made and is on a great path!
Traveled all the way from Wyoming
To watch you race in person.
It was great !
AWESOME!!

Luckily it just happened to be going on right when I planned my vacation
L
Top job Mr K, that was Fing awesome brother! Fell off my seat watching last 2 runs. Go well.
Way to go Kevin!! Now stay safe on the trip home buddy.
Congrats.
Great final run kev awesome to see you happy and enjoying racing
Should be rebuilding Mullets big block “ 6 ‘s here we come 🤠
Nothing broken, that’s a win
Great job Kevin,Steve from nb Canada
Congratulations to you, Will, and all the guys at the shop! Even though you thrashed the car together, the quality shows through. I can't wait to see what you do with the new drivetrain combo, fingers crossed for 6s in the lightweight trim
That guy deserves a trophy for driving a race car 13,000 miles! 😂
Good way to finish the week!
Really enjoyed watching all week! Thanks for going to all the extra effort to make these because it’s a lot of extra effort!
Congratulations Kevin on completing sick week with a pretty awesome average even after all the delays with parts and and things that broke. I can't wait to see what soccer mom does next.
Soccer mom is such a perfect color, good choice on the single color. My opinion, the sexiest camaro on the tour.
I called a 7:48 on the last pass. I'm excited I never get it right 👍
Kevin is 1/4 Canadian, is that after applying the exchange rate?😆😆😆😆 Sorry Kevin, as a fellow Canadian, I just had to make a little joke about that. And yes, we Canadians say "Eh?" a LOT!! 😜
Successful week I'd say!
Soccer mom is dialed in.
What's making the rattling sound after the chute is out?
Definitely capable of a 7.1? At 195 can't wait to see it happen
I for one think it was a pretty sick week 🤪
i think sweden is only like 4800 miles lol
Great job Kev & Will... Congrats on surviving the grind all week!!🤘🤘🦾🦾... Looking forward to seeing Soccer Mom's progression the rest of the year..
That would be so annoying having a big dude right in your path while trying to get things done!!!
choochin'!
The attrition rate was so high this year just finishing was a win. The rods are in it, the head gaskets are in it, and the driveshaft’s in it. Can’t say that about a lot of people. 👍👍👍
And only one transmission in the bin.
May not be your fastest pass ever but seeing you make that last pass so perfectly was so wonderful! Couldn't be happier for you guys! Thanks for taking us on the road!
So Kevin is 1/4 Canadian. That explains why he is so nice. Great job making it through Sick Week on an untested engine and trans setup. Loved yesterday's video coverage of the drive.
I have visited canada when I was younger. Maybe I got something. It's called niceness! As long as your name isn't J-ustin.
I am from Canada and should send Kevin some real Maple syrup.
@@sheldonpetrie3706 and some Tim Horton Donuts
@@BrickNewton bletch I don't drink Tim's or eat their donuts.
@@sheldonpetrie3706 I didn't drink their coffee, but their donuts are so much better than standard donuts over here in New Zealand. Also love Canada and want to go back and explore more
Congrats to you and Will! Such a solid effort! The suspension and TS engine were on point all week!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻
Mistake?
or big learning opportunity?
Love your vids❣️
You & Will make a terrific team
Can’t wait for your next episode(s)
It’s okay to call mistakes what they are. Not everything has to be positive, mistakes happen too
You can’t go faster without pushing the envelope sometimes.
Well done Kevin! Great camera angles and a successful SICK WEEK!
you did awesome kevin, just makin it to the end seamed hard for some gooooood drivers, you made it buddy and a good average also, and now at 2022 min, and another great run to end it, your posts where out front of everyone's the shop party was awesome, you helped all kinds of people, a good year commin
So glad you finished the week and enjoyed it ❤️
Your videos were so much fun to look forward to each day.
CONGRATULATIONS on completing sick week one love KSR great team 👊🙏
Nice work Kevin,Will, you guys just proved yourselves once again, congratulations on all of the victories big and small 🙌👏👏🇺🇸
Well done Guys. Been really great following your journey through the week.
Dad and I watched you guys all week. We are local here in Gainesville, so seeing you go out and kill it has been a BLAST to watch. Thanks for what you do, and keeping Drag Racing alive! :)
Congratulations! And now may it be time for the cutlass to get some attention and a new chassis? :D
Congrats to you and Will for a great week. Thanks for taking us along for the ride
The montage music has grown on me. I wasn’t sure at first. But it’s chill enough
Congrats on the finish 🔥🫡 can’t wait to see more of your Lexus!! A drag week in that would be amazing. That 8 to 1 header sounds incredible!!!
Bravo! Thanks for bringing us along on the journey. She's hitting on all 8, quite the accoplishment. Great testament to you and your team
Soccer Mom and Mullet drive like they are on rails, what was beyond belief was mullet was running mid 6's and looked like itt was driving to the grocery store. Some of those unlimited cars looked amateur in comparison. A real testiment to your skills Kevin.
I can't believe the patience of these guys when dealing with the fans while trying to get work done on their car. Maybe it's just me, but if I see someone with a tool in their hand working on their car, I don't interrupt them. The fans that stand there for 10 or 15 minutes asking the racers questions and telling them about whatever piece of crap car they had in high school when it is obvious the racer has work to do just seems incredibly rude. I know the racers will say they love the fans and they are incredibly gracious - but good grief, people, have a little respect for their time! If they have to literally walk around you to get to their car, you are in their way!
Good morning kev. Glad to see these daily uploads! 👍🏻
Been watching everyones vids on sick week and its good to see you reppin florida! Soccer Mom gets down!!
Congratulations KSR Crew.🥳🥳🥳🥳
Looks like you are going to have to get the roll cage changed Kevin, how long will that take you? Congrats to you both on a good week
out of the people i follow you are the only one that finished. congratulations on that
great content from KSR PERFORMANCE & FABRICATION 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I only saw the party at KSR HQ..... ON EVERYONE ELSES channel. Ì grew up around CAMEROS , CUTLASS' NOVAS AND MUSTANGS.....
I LOVE TO WATCH SOCCER MOM RUN.....NOT ONCE DID I SEE HER RUN......ON ANY CHANNEL..... I thought at least to see her run on 1320 video..... glad you finished.....I was in the hospital but have time to catch up.......as I ain't going back to work for two months......
Kevin is 25% Canadian EH? How does that manifest itself in your life? Do you have unexpected cravings for maple syrup? Do you wash your hands before you go to the bathroom. Do you know what the movie Slap Shot is about? Do you accidentally slip in a Zed instead of a Zee? Get uncontrollable urges to yell "HER RAAAY SWEEP HARDER!!!", Do you know the names of over 5 Finnish people because they are hockey players? Do you know why The White House is white? If you answered yes to any of these I'm sorry to say that you must plant tulips in your garden in for the spring tulip festival like they have in Ottawa.
Congratulations guys!!!! So awesome, so effin pumped for the KSR family!
Enjoyed hangin with KSR this week !
I say eh all the damn time.. and I'm not Canadian at all. I do have some Minnesota in me though... hoser. :P Today's cool car finds.. a 36 Dodge coupe this time for $1000 this one actually has the fenders hood and grille but no interrior/engine trans anything.. still would be a cool car with 20k thrown at it.. or even a decent driver with 10k.. too bad I don't have it, would love to save it and drive it. And then a 66 Rambler Wagon.. "A Rambler wagon.. that's a rare car.. people would remember such a rare car..." Oh and the one that really kills me at $5900 with no engine or trans but decent interior is a 1966 GTO! My god father has a 66 or 67.. there's also someone selling a 389 locally.. If only I had money or sponsors.. the things I could do and the videos I could make.. If only.
Now to do the big block setup and really start going fast.. once you add a few more tubes to the cage.
Hi there ,
So you can run up to 7.50 per quarter mile.
So say my caprice ppv all stock could run a 13.40 in a quarter mile at 4400 pounds. What would I need to run sick week? Besides a ton of cash. I don't think it's fast enough for a cage of any kind. But good tune would help, lol & better gears .
Happy for you guys for finishing the week and not breaking stuff. Be safe team.
Good job boys, the next one Will be the fastest pass for Soccer Mom.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL BOYS
So, on the LAST DAY of Sick Week, you guys have the shiningest (can that even be a word) drag car out there.
Soccer Mom is one sweet looking car, make no flipping mistake.
And gets up n goes too.......
Keep on keeping on
Heads up
Eyes open
No fear
1/4 Canadian makes you 75% better than the others! lol
Great upload and thanks for allowing us along for your "Sick" journey!
Yesterday, I heard your timelapse song coming from my granddaughters (12yr old) room. I walked in there she was watching one of your video's. I asked her what she was doing and she said "Papa, you need to watch this guys channel! He is so great and explains lots". I laughed and said I have been subscribed since almost the beginning. She asked if you were related to me (my last name is smith). I just chuckled and said I wish. Keep up the great work Kevin. Love your attitude, work ethic, and skills. I am an electronics tech and geek out on your wiring, sensors, computer work.
🔥really happy for u ksr, car looks just killer, sounds like a monster and u running in the 7’s. Thx for taking time to post daily fir your northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 fans 🔥👊🔥🔨⚙️🏍
Congrats folks, sometimes it's not about winning but just finishing. Boosted Boi's was drug home on a trailer, Garrett and crew lost 2 motors in 2 cars, Morris and crew lost transmissions and driveshafts by the boat load due to U joint issues, etc, etc... Soccer Mom did one of her best passes for the week and still drove you home. That's a win in my book.
Kevin, have you ever thought about getting those electronic exhaust cut-outs? It might make driving a lot more comfortable with some mufflers? And firing up straight pipe soccer mom at 7 in the morning in the hotel parking lot can't make you too many friends either! Hahaha. Seriously though, it's got to be a lot more comfortable on you driving 4 hours with straight pipe.... Or am I completely mistaken and you actually have mufflers and that's the best they can do. I didn't think about that.
Just watching all of you guys (KSR, Cleetus, boosted boys and the rest) and seeing all different aspects of the same event, its like im actually there!
A moment's distraction but I'm glad they let you roll back and try again, giving you that good rip. Great work finishing and still having a running car! That's achievement enough given the class!
Great to hang out all week and congrats on a successful Sickweek!
Seems so hard to finish sick week. Not just keeping your car alive, but getting enough sleep, stress, etc. Next thing they ought to create is "You're all going to die week." Drive all across the country, no sleep, no time, no nuthin.
Hey Kevin - hoping you can point me in a direction since you know some stuff and have done some stuff. My build has a Holley Terminator X Max and I have a very strange issue. On cold starts the o2 takes a while to heat up and the computer things it's all the way lean until the o2 heats up. If I wait to start it until the o2 to warms up then there isn't an issue. Tried a different sensor. My buddy's car with a TermX doesn't do this. I've just set up a table to keep it from doing any corrections for the first 15 seconds after startup but I'd prefer that it actually works right. I've seen posts online of other people having this issue but nobody seems to have found a solution. Have you run into this before? Any ideas of things to look at?
Anyone getting Will Farrell vibes from the announcer around 11:13? 😂
Congratulations on a good Sick Week!!
Well done. I would have liked to have been there, but we won't be in Bonita Springs until April. Hope to get up to Bradenton one weekend if there's an event on (can't see past March on their website atm). And it'd be really cool if you were there with Soccer Mom.
Congratulations guys. You built a great car. Love how Soccer mom looks like a cool show car, than puts race car numbers up on the board.
Well done Kevin, congratulations on finishing Sick week! 👍🏻
Good job!! Finished and no major breakdowns, thats a win in itself!! Rock On!!
Great job 👍🏻. Still driving home ya can’t say that for the other ones. WTG
Of all the lines you could borrow from Cleetus, that’s one you should leave in the box lol. Can get expensive.
Now to put all the lightweight stuff back on and see what she can do. So your cage is only certed to 7.50?
Love the sick week time laps in the pits lol Will doing all the work on the car Kevin occasionally handing him stuff and talking doing interviews and such lol. Way different from when you see Kevin in his shop lol
That new small block is just putting in work. Like it's nothing. 😁👍
Good series of videos. It was nice to get an up close view of the Olds. I didn't realize that was the same guy from the engine shop. These events have so many interesting people/cars that don't get enough love.
My favorite sick week content by a 1/4 mile. Nice job Kevin and crew.
Glad you enjoy it!
I also enjoy these!
Well, that explains why every time I see Kevin in a video, he somehow seems familiar, “Letterkenney”…
I’m not an experienced racer so I don’t know what you mean about how y’all got back in the beams. Can you explain that whole situation better
