Hi I used to make home made yugort for my chicken What I do is to heat the milk to a almost boiling point then put about 1-2 spoons of plain yogurt mix then transfer to a container that I can cover then put inside the cooler for about 1 day Then put in the refrigerator
Put water in the yogurt maker...interesting. I have a couple similar to the one you are using and they don't say to add water. Guess each one is different
