Who parks their truck on a boat ramp in the first place, and even then why not engage the emergency brake?
Oh, I don't know, maybe they were putting a boat in or taking it out. And you don't engage a parking brake while you do that. Vehicles are known to slip into gear when children are present (they have this strange ability to operate things with their hands). But there really was no detail given about that, so why are you speculating? Do you want to assess BLAME? Do you want to point fingers? Do you want to make an accusation of some kind?
You weren't there, so you can't do that.
@@markl2322 Aren't you the one speculating with all your "what if" and "maybe" scenarios?
Generic baby Jesus message about god helping when it was a man who helped and doctors who will heal the kid with the help of modern science.
The oldest got out, grandpa got out the other, but nobody could get this boy? Except the kayaker.... I'm not following. Just not understanding fully. My kids would have freaked as soon as it started rolling and tried to jump out.
They most likely froze in shock, not being able to get themselves out. But that still leaves the question, why was the boy not saved like his sister? They were probably also in shock.. but still, I could never imagine being in their shoes and I cannot speak for them, but I'd die to save my kid. Whether I'm successful or not.
We don't know the situation. The child may be special needs. May have been small and in a car seat. Panicked and couldn't unfastened himself. We don't know. So don't pass judgments.
