I was wondering, in your previous videos, your 30" Aztec XL, do they measure true 30" at 12 PSI? As I bought a set of 30" x 9" x 14" and I put 12 PSI in it, and I got 28 1/2"? Is that right?
I get this question about literally every single tire and I'm really tired of answering it. You're probably measuring it with the weight of the bike on it and you probably didn't wrap a string around it and divide by pi... All ATV tires run short but if you don't measure them properly they run really short
@@MudPuppyOffroad I measured the rope at 28 15/16" not sure if that's correct at 12 PSI, do you know what a 32" measures? if you don't mind me asking? (91"/3.14)
@@johnnyosmond1848 you should wrap the rope around the circumference of the tire and then you should divide it by pi and that would give you the actual diameter accounting for the fact that tires with big nobbies aren't exactly round because of the knobbies
@@MudPuppyOffroad (91"/3.14) Forgot to add that in, I did it in the center of the tire where I had the most tread, even then. 1" is still a lot. Wanted to be taller than stock so I don't bottom out.
I actually don't anymore. The gen 3 Can-Am is probably a better overall machine for a lot of people. I liked the Rubicon because it had independent suspension, a front locker and a foot shift motor with a lot of gearing options. But the new Can-Am is geared lower and has More waterproof electronics and a lot more power
Definitely not catvos. That lift has zero rake and the axles are crap. Portals add a ton of weight but are definitely a better option. With either lift you need to reinforce the front arm tabs
The scamming has been crazy lately, can't buy or sell anything without sorting through tons of bullshit. I'm tying my tabs together on the portaled kodiak. 4" 30% with highlifter springs. After debating between 9.5 bkt or 35 aztex I think I'm going to run the aztex, just sad to give up the beadlocks. Have you ever had issues at zero psi on the 35s? I'd like to run them aired down at like 34" Do you think I'll have an issue keeping the front end down with them?
@@MudPuppyOffroad that's good to know, I feel like I'll be under less overall stress with the portals and 35s. I know it's a big jump though because my 33s only measure 31.75". I was thinking of trying out a 5.5" wide wheel
@@MudPuppyOffroadi ride polaris .. they all bend. I Got a ranger crew on 6in lift 6in portals 24s and 40s . Have pretty much rebuilt or reinforced every thing . Running link bars on it also

I wish those Tornados were black. That’s the exact setup I want to run on my Pioneer. Those wheels won’t match though
Portals or the Catvos 5" lift, and why?

Your in Orlando area ? Those wheels match my 21 pioneer 1000-5 Le perfect. I’m located in ft myers
I'm in St cloud

I have run 35s very close to 0 PSI stock on ATV successfully wouldn't try it on a side-by-side

How you get the atv lift it so high and can I do that to my Honda rancher 350
Portals and about 5k worth of fab work and it could be yours
Yes you can hit your rancher with your purse and it’ll lift up
What were these portals made for?
These are for a pioneer 1000 but only the top input gear matters
If I’m getting crushlocks for a sra bike do I need to run spacers?
If no offset, yes.
Yes
@@BackFortyTV 2” on the back is what I need or do I need to run em on the front too?
@@johnpaulk994 depends on the wheel. Get them mounted on and measure. Only in back to match with front.

Hey would you recommend a tuner for 520 2022?
I haven't messed with those
I’ll be in Orlando area not to far from you on the 24-27th if there not sold before then I’ll buy them from you
Sweeeet
Definitely should have K&K lift, arms, and frame stiffener
This is all done well before any of that s*** was available
