Great video. I just bought a M1A Loaded version. I also bought the Sage chassis and the same rail mount. The only difference with the chassis on mine is that I went with the Magpul stock instead of the sliding rail. I live in California, so I wanted to keep it featureless. Another option I went with is the Smith industry thread converter, as I want to change the stock muzzle brake to a Silercerco ASR brake. Just awaiting the castle nut wrench from Brownells and we'll be putting it all together. Thanks again for the how to video.
Thank you for watching! The M1A Loaded is a great rifle and was my second choice. I like the shorter barrel. I've looked into a suppressor for mine as well! I'll have to look into the thread converter you mentioned. My only concern is overall functionality. I have mixed feelings about a suppressed long distance rifle... but it still looks AWESOME! Good luck!
Great video. Really like your joyous reactions. Mine are the same. Two criticisms; if you think there is a slight chance that it might come apart, wear safety glasses. Secondly, safety on, then drop the bolt. 👍🙏❤️🇺🇸
hey man new sub, wanted to say great content and channel! my only suggestion if possible is additional lighting in the future. room seemed a little dark and having some good light really makes everything pop more!
I love my JAE 100 gen. 3. I was sad to hear they failed. They were very nice people. I am installing a schuster gas plug today. It puts less wear on the gas system especially if you plan on adding a suppressor. Makes shooting a lot more pleasant even with 168 grain and no ear pro. Check out silencer Shop. I'm buying the tax stamp now, because it still takes government longer than a supply shortage. Thanks BATF. Did you get your participation award yet? No, check with USPS.
I love the M1a, bought mine after a range trip in the US. Got myself a NM, I'm thinking about putting it into an ebr chassi. Not sure if you said it but would a NM fit or should I go to a gunsmith? Nice video, grettings from Germany.
Have a gunsmith true the action and the boltface, that will increase accuracy. Also, truing the barrel to the bore, which unfortunately, usually means a new barrel. Alas, Carbon Fiber barrels are here, they save on weight. Could even go to a 6 CM
Nice chasis. I love the EBR's. I am patiently waiting for MDT to start making the JAE 100G3 chasis again to drop my 6.5CM in.
That would be a nice upgrade!! Thanks for watching!
Awesome video thank you for taking the time to make it very informative
Installing my currently thanks for the help even gunsmiths need to learn new things
Thanks for watching! It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be...

Excellent video! Thank you
Really good video! I'm glad I went with the BlackFeather stock over this. Much easier and more secure installation.
You should of included actual footage of removing the old op rod guide and installing the new ebr guide.
Hey man, great video. I just ordered one of these chassis and it answered a lot of questions I had, looking forward to running it!
Thank you! Glad I was able to answer some of your questions! It's going to be a ton of fun, PROMISE!!
Hey guys! Either of you willing to part with your original factory stock? I'm looking for one.
The beautiful chassis wise EBR M14, need to save to buy this EBR, how much and how to get it. Thank you for sharing with us.
Impressive!
Thank you!

Thank you for watching
Try those Vltor Side mount Bipods it will handle the weight much better.
I'm going to try that! Thank you!
The system and action are so flawed and heavy, but damn if it isn't a beautiful classic that I'd love to get my hands on. A dream build of mine
It is really heavy, more than I expected. But it is one of my dream builds like you said. Thanks for watching!
Great video!!! Thanks you. If that low pro rail you took off needs a new home let me know. I have one on my scout. Looking for one for my socom.
Thank you! Actually, that rail does need a new home! It's just in my closet LOL
THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Let me know how much
Can you still use the irons with that scope mount attached?
No. The mount I chose requires you to remove the rear sight to place a mounting post in its spot. It’s not permanent though
Its gonna be heavy
hey man new sub, wanted to say great content and channel! my only suggestion if possible is additional lighting in the future. room seemed a little dark and having some good light really makes everything pop more!
Thank you Matt! And thanks for subbing! I will MOST DEFINITELY be getting a light soon.

Thank you! And I'd go to a gunsmith for the NM...
Kennst du einen Händler in Deutsvhland der ebr chassis von Sage führt?
@@shorty7943 brownells hat den manchmal.
Is your chassis standard version or Heavy version?
Where can I get a receiver chambered in 6.5 creedmoor

How much is the price 🤔for new chasis
I got it for $900. The mount was like $215. But that was last year. It could have gone up by now
Is Sage still making these EBR stocks? Doesn't look like they're available anywhere.
I'm actually not sure... but they just might be out of stock like most of everything else gun related.
@@omegaoutdoors6482 good point. Either way, great video. If I do find one to install, I'll know what I need to do!
Thank you! I appreciate it! Good luck finding one!
They do! I actually just ordered one directly from Sage today. They had 4 left in inventory.
Nice!!
What kinda bipod is that?
It's just a generic one I found somewhere. I can't remember where I got it
Dude. No ear pro!?
LOL I was feeling adventurous that day
