Congrats on your new achievement!!! Thanks for sharing the moments with us via video. I wish you the very best with all of your aviation endeavors. A dream come true for you!!!
I still remember watching your videos when you were still in the Philippines. I miss those days during my off when I would just lie down and watch your Airline reviews. Then there was a time that your channel became inactive for a while and I didn't know what happened. That is when I discovered that you left the country for good. The changes that happened really made a way for your dream to come true. You made it possible for yourself. Thank you for also inspiring me to create my own travel channel. Good luck to your flying career take care!
+Jon Chester de Leon This is probably the best message I've received in a while. That means a lot, sir. Appreaciate it! It was really tough during those days wherein I have to kinda set a side youtube and traveling for a while. It opened new doors for me, better opportunities. Hopefully I could get travel vids going again by October! Pre-mature plans going back to Cali as of now. Best of luck to you too! My pleasure!
I'm really happy cause I remember your first episode you also were so amazed of how the planes fly and now you has change you making your dreams come true +poulgo
Congratulations Poul! Been following you for awhile because of your airline reviews. Good to see you are on your way to becoming a pilot. I do hope to bump into you one day kabayan and fellow chinoy.
Jwolfe137 hey man, just checked out a video tutorial on youtube. You basically need a voice recorder and couple adapter to wire it from the plug to the recorder. Flew to abbots a few times before. Weather's been bad lately eh?! Crazy
Nice man:) how long does it take you to start from a man knows nothing until driving Cessna 152? Is 2 months enough for full time? Like spending 8 hours a day in airport for 7 days a week? Also, which school you go for? Canadian flight centre? Or pacific flying club?
It's all competency based. I'd say good 20 hours and you'll be confident flying the airplane solo. The time frame on getting a license isnt always consistent. You have to factor in weather, airplane availability, instructor availability. You're only allowed maximum 2 flights a day. I fly out of Pacific Flying Club.
It doesnt mean it's always nice to fly out in summer. You'll learn this eventually. Hot days, typically will be more windy, more turbulent because of updrafts. Like I said, no time frame. That's what i learned right off the bat. You can't set a deadline because it'll just put pressure on yourself. You'll end up just repeating flights. People can finish it in 1-2 months the quickest and could take up to 5 years for some (typically weekend fliers). I've almost spent 7000 now for 40 hours of flying with briefing costs, and other miscellaneuos (fuel surcharge etc)
Hey, it's probably because it is somehow partnered with BCIT. I graduated AME at BCIT recently and just being with familiar faces helped me choose PFC over other schools. Although, it is in my bucketlist to fly DA-40 aircraft. So I might be a member at Sea Land Air after I do get my licenses. I suggest school hopping, ask for fees, training plans, aircraft, maintenance, etc. I still did that even though I know, I will end up at PFC.
Hi, long time no see. Wow you are going to be a pilot now! Btw, on my recent updates. I am now based in Singapore not Jakarta anymore. Also are you planning to go to the Philippines anytime soon?

Hello , i wanted to ask you about PAA ( Pacific Aviation Academy ) its located in vancouver Pitt Meadows Regional Airport, is it good ?
RodrupTV hi, i am quite unfamiliar with the school as i fly out of CZBB.
Hey just curious what camera are you using? Congrats on your first solo!
for this, it's a go pro 4. thank you!

i see. how much is ur tuition? and how long does it take you? i think weather is not going to be a big issue if i fly in summer

thanks for telling
hey what made you choose PFC? im currently trying to decide which school at Boundary bay or Pitt Meadows. Did you see the other schools? cheers

Poul Go That's fair enough man. I met an instructor there who said the same thing, but I'm not Canadian so can't do BCIT! sounds awsome though

Congrats! Are you planning to fly here in philippines?
HG Planes thanks! Yes hoping to start my career there eventually.
Great and let me ask, how did you record your atc audio? Thanks :)
HG Planes through my headphones bro. You can search up a tutorial on youtube. But you would need an audio recorder and some audio jacks.
Alright thanks! Safe flight!
I'm just 2nd year high school and I want to become a pilot, so I'll do my best.
