- I got to make William Osman's dream of a pinewood derby that ends in tragedy come true. Even better, I got to be a part of the first annual Open Sauce event in SF, meet a ton of amazing people, and make people smile as I shredded their prized possessions. ;)
The whole event was amazing, especially as a baby youtuber I got to meet/hang out with Will, the Backyard Scientist, Nerd Forge, Peter Sripol, Ian Davis, Evan and Katelyn, and so many more. Freaking Amazing.

Amazing build! Really impressive considering you didn't have any experience with the electronic side.
I wanted to see some tears from a losing racer, but watching the fruit of their creativity and effort be inviscerated was pretty cool.

I think next year will be a more traditional slower spinning higher torque shredder. No bits of cars left unshredded! 🤣

Good question.... The colored pencil car was pretty dang good. Something that's nice and brityle/fragile so it just desintrigrates would be good 👍😁
